Sera had left the noise of Avaren behind for the day and had made the arduous journey up the mountain's craggy trail. Surely here, where the Earth reached to the heavens, God would hear Sera's prayers for him to purify the so-called Heathens of the land which seemed to vex the Monarchy so. Even when searching for a place to train his spirituality, he would use the journey to train his body. With a large, heavy stone secured to each arm as he usually had when he traveled, he struggled about up the path, working hard to do something as simple as walk comfortably. Sera did not resent his burden one bit though, such was the rigorous training that would help him develop his skills in the Earth's Crushing Fist style of Martial Arts that the masters of his Temple so graciously trained him in. After a very long trip, Sera found himself a large, somewhat flat rock that was more than adequate for his needs. Sweat rolling down his brow, Sera crawled his way atop the planted boulder, and settled himself into a comfortable position. Layering his heavy arms in his lap, he closed his eyes and centered himself, slowly slipping into a meditative trance.

Ariadne walked slowly up the mountain rather easily, since she did not have anything to carry. Only a canteen filled with water. She watched from a far distance as a man struggled up the mountain with two rocks at his side. She decided to take some time away from the library and look at a beutiful view that the high mountains give. As she reached where the man was she had sat around him. She decided not to say anything to the fellow seeing as he was out of breath.

"Can I help you?" Sera asked after feeling the presence of another person around him, this causing him to fall out of his meditation. After speaking, he released a short sigh. It would seem, even where the Earth reaches up towards heaven, Sera could not meditate in peace.
Opening his eyes, Sera's gaze fell upon the woman who had approached him. His brow cocked slightly at the sight of this obviously Magic-alligned person. He would have moved to apprehend her right then and there, but as far as he knew, this person hadn't set foot in Avaren so it would be unjust if he did. Instead, he would just see what the Devil's puppet wanted for now.

Ariadne turned her head and looked at the man as he spoke to her. He spoke rather rudely she thought. "I dont think theres no way that you may help me......its not as if I need help or anything." She replied to him as she turned her attention back to the view of the mountains.

Sera let out another heavy sigh of disdain at the Mage's reply. "I was being facetious..." He replied, growing gradually more annoyed by this woman by the minute. Since he apparently couldn't get a moment's peace to meditate, Sera slid his way off the rock he had perched himself upon. He was careful not to let his arms swing down when he pulled them from the rock, diverting a good portion of his strength to slow their decent.
"This Mountain is indeed very expansive. I am curious as to why you chose the approximate spot where I was meditating to simply enjoy the view." He stated as his eyes closed again. Centering himself again, he drew his heavy arms upward while taking in a deep breath slowly, then pushing them back downwards as he exhaled shortly afterwards. Slowly, he began making fluid motions similar to the style of Tai-Chi around a small area all while moderating his breathing to compensate his changing forms. His legs shook subtley as he moved them about and sweat soon resumed beading and running down his brow. Naturally, simply becoming used to the weight of the stones banded to his arms was a trial, much less constantly moving them about in smooth motions.
