Sulking

[Aleph il'Aranroth]

Aleph sood watching Evee for a while longer before deciding to cast aside his modesty. He took off his jerkin and chain mail and ran into the lake wearing only a tunic and a pair of light cotton pants. Once the water was deep enough, he dove under the surface and came up by Evee. Laughing for no reason, he splashed her and swam a little ways off, taunting her to go after him. He hadn't been swimming in almost a year, which was too bad. It was something he'd learned to love. And with Evee, it was even more enjoyable. As his clothes became wetter and wetter, they clung to him more, revealing lean muscles.

Evee grinned when she saw Aleph's clothes clinging to him, his muscles rippling. She laughed as Aleph splashed her, getting her face all wet. "You wanna play?" Evee asked playfully as she dove in the water on him making a huge splash. She was completely soaked now, some of her raven strands slicked to her now rosey cheeks. She smiled at Aleph as she pinned him down in the waterm though his head was still above water. "I'll teach you to splash me!" Evee taunted as she still held him down, even though she knew he was way stronger than her ans he'd fling her off of him. That was her intention all along.

"You bet I wanna play!" Aleph replied, laughing. "But I don't think you'll be the one doing any teaching," he added as he threw Evee off him. His hair was now drenched and hanging limply in front of his face. He quickly shook his head to get his hair out of his face, then he got up and scrambled over to where she was and started holding her down with one hand while he splashed her with the other. He was careful not to push her head below the water, of course. He didn't want to accidentally drown her or anything, after all. He just wanted to get her rather wet. And it looked like he was achieving his goal very nicely.

Evee giggled as Aleph splashed her and held her in the water. She kicked up water getting his cotton pants even more wet than they already were. Evee looked at Aleph's wet brown locks stick to his forehead after he shook his head from excess water. Evee rolled away from Aleph's grasp. although she ended up slightly under water but it didn't bother her. Evee stood up then ran behing Aleph and jumped on his back, she could feel his toned back against her stomach and was loving it. She wrapped her arms around his neck gently so she wouldn't fall and she wrapped her legs around his waist. She smiled wide the whole time.

"Hey! That's cheating!" Aleph said jokingly when Evee jumped on his back. He stood carefully and turned around so that he was facing the shore. He then fell backwards carefully to drench her. He made sure to catch himself so that she wouldn't hit the lake floor and get hurt. "Ha! Take that, wench," he cried teasingly. Loosening her grip slightly so he could flip around, he turned around so that he was facing her. He smiled at her as he stood on hands and knees in the water, with Evee hanging from him. For some odd reason, this was much more fun than it normally would have been. He chalked it up to Evee's presence.

Evee just smiled and giggled happily as she stared up at him, now hanging onto him so she wouldn't fall in the water. His eyes were calming even though everything else around them wasn't, splashing and being soaked was just all part of the fun. Evee never did this before, and she was having so much fun. She wanted to bring him under water, but in her current position it would be impossible. "You are very clever, too clever maybe...." Evee joked as she moved her head up to his and kissed him again. Admittedly she wasn't expecting to do that herself. She still kissed Aleph, her lips had small droplets of water on them.

Aleph could feel the droplets of water between his lips and Evee's and decided to do something about that. He opened his mouth slightly and began using his tongue to lick the water off her lips. He already knew from previous kisses that her lips were incredibly soft, but now he also knew that they were incredibly sweet. To him, her lips tasted as though she'd rubbed a fruit juice over them. He stopped kissing her to study her face and gauge her reaction. Kissing was one thing, but adding tongue was another, and he wasn't sure what she'd do. He just hoped he hadn't annoyed her or anything.

Evee's eyes widened with surprise when she felt Aleph's toungue on her lips. He looked at her as if he was asking for entrance, but she thought they should wait for the tongue. It was their first night of being together after all. "I would gladly kiss you that way, but we should wait for such an intimate kiss..." Evee said blushing. She didn't want to seem like she was turning him down completely, she just wanted to slow things down a bit now, they had gotten together quick enough. Evee just kissed him again anyway just to show that she wasn't being stingy with her kisses.

Aleph didn't mind too much. It was still early in the relationship after all. He didn't want to go too far all at once. In fact, he didn't know what exactly had inspired him to try using tongue so early. In the very few relationships he'd had before, he'd taken things much more slowly. None of them had even gotten to the point where he'd started thinking of using his tongue during a kiss. So he was more than content to just enjoy the kisses he shared with Evee.

Without breaking off the kiss they were currently in, he carefully raised his right arm and placed it around her back. Then he slowly and carefully stood, holding onto her and picking her up. Once he was somewhat upright, he brought his other hand in to help support her.

The scene was definately romantic, a kiss in the lake under the moonlight. Evee put one of her hands in Aleph's hair to feel the silkyness as they kissed. She had this thing for guys with hair. Evee made sure she held onto him so she wouldn't put all her weight in Aleph's hands. Though she was very petite and in shape, she didn't want to make him do all the work in holding her. Evee's long black hair was slicked to her back and it started to wave up a bit, her eyes closed once again as she kissed him. It was a real kiss, the one people dreamed of. Now Evee had to dream no more, it was happening.

Aleph could feel Evee's hair on his hands as he held her up. With her body pressed against his, her lips locked with his, and her hair tickling the backs of his hands, it was a sensory experience that he wasn't going to forget anytime soon. After a little while of kissing like that, Aleph broke off the kiss and just held her against him. "I'm afraid that I need to get some sleep yet tonight," he said softly and somewhat sadly. He really didn't want to have to leave her, but he would have to sooner or later. He really did need to sleep at some point, and he highly doubted that there was any chance whatsoever of them sharing a bed. Not that he minded that fact.

Evee just nodded in understanding. She let go of him and got down, landing in the water. She stood in front of him and looked in his eyes, a slight smile rised on her features. "Do you need a place to stay? For free I mean?" Evee asked him curiously. She wouldn't object to having him stay the night at her house. There was plenty of room in her house if he wanted to sleep alone. If he wanted to share her bed, Evee wouldn't say no to it. She waited for his answer with a sincere heart. Evee put a hand on his left cheek and rubbed it with her thumb. She liked the feel of his skin.

"Well, I have Beht stabled at the inn, and my stuff is with him yet. I'd been planning on getting a room there, but if you know of someplace I can stay for free..." He trailed off, letting her mind finish the sentence for him. He raised his left hand and placed it over her hand. He held it there for a couple seconds before pulling her hand off his cheek. He brought it in front of his face and kissed her palm lightly. Smiling, he let go of her hand and put his own back around her. While he had felt the weight of her against him before, now that he didn't have his armor on, he could feel her warmth, the smoothness of her skin.

"You're welcome to stay at my home tonight. That is if you are comfortable with that..." Evee said to him hoping he would. His affectionate ways made her more curious about him. He had kissed her palm lightly, making her blush. Just being face to face with him made her feel like turning shy. Evee offered her home to him out of generosity and how much she began to care about him. Evee looked down at his wet abs and seen no battle scars, which impressed her. Then again it was dark so she might not be able to see any. "I don't think it's right to pay for a place to lay your head, when you can sleep in the comfort of my home for free. Not to mention breakfast in the morning." Evee added, hoping it would intrest him more.

"I think I'm very comfortable with that idea," Aleph said happily. "And breakfast in the morning sounds wonderful." He remembered the last time Evee had cooked for him. It had been delicious, and the lunch she'd made for him had been the best food he'd ever had on the road. He would have to get Beht and his stuff, of course, but that wasn't too bad. After all, the inn and the tavern were in the same building. "We'll have to go back and get Beht," he told her. "All my stuff's with him, and then we can ride over to your house." Despite his words, he didn't move. He was enjoying standing here with her too much.
