Fools Rush In

[Allen †]

"uhh."Eragon said, clutching his chest.
"what happened?" Mitch asked.
"My chest. Its painful."
"I think someone in the living world is hitting you." Mitch said, his voice echoing in the dark.
"Hitting me?" Eragon said, sounding bewildered.
"Yeah."


In the living world...

Eragon stared up at the ceiling blankly. With each hit, white stuff came flowing out of his mouth.

In Death.

Eragon vomited. "I didn't know I can vomit here." He said wearily and Mitch just shrugged. :I feel sick. How can I tell that person to stop?" Eragon asked, having a good idea of who is hitting him. Then he vomited again.

[Tallice Sanada]

Tallice kissed his cheek and reached across his body for the bowl of water. She pulled up the cloth and rung it out, running the cloth over his mouth to clean it. She then tossed the cloth inside the bowl, then laid her head down on his chest.

((Tallice only hit him once in the chest.))

Eragon frowned as the thingo stopped. "Right. It stopped."
"Good." Mitch said and they scarmbled up onto the surface. The ghouls were still watching anxiously. "Sorry, guys. No fights." Mitch annouced and the ghouls booed and floated away.
"Right..." Eragon panted. "Let me take a rest."
"No." Mitch said, pulling Eragon up. "You must go now. "
Mitch looked around. "Ahh, there's the portal. Run as fast as you can there." Eragon looked at Mitch, still panting. "Thanks Mitch." He said and patted Mitch on his back. "Hey, uh, don;t take those cursing seriously."
"No problem, bro." Mitch winked at him.
Eragon smiled. "Bro. See you soon." Eragon turned towards the portal and starting running... he picked up speed and rammed into the wall of light.

In the Living world.

"WHOA!" Eragon yelled and he sunk back into the bed several inches, as if someone had suddenly thrown something on him. He lay panting and blinking hard. "Whew." He looked down and saw Tallice lying on his chest. "Hello. Did I miss anything?" He smiled and put his head back onto the pillow. "Wow... I can barely catch my breath..."

[Tallice Sanada]

Tallice looked up "ERAGON!!" she said happily "Don't ever scare me like that again." smacking him on his arm. She leaned up and kissed him then pulled away quickly "Sorry." she then remembered that he was just wanting to be friends "You just wanted to be friends." she said with a half frown. She then reached up and pulled the cloth from the water and rung it out, laying the cloth over his head she said "Just rest." as she went to get up.

[Allen †]

"No wait." Eragon said, grabbing her arm. "I wanted to say thanks." He said. Then he pulled Tallice onto him and kissed her. He pulled back. "I saw your tear." He told her. Then he pressed his lips onto hers again.

Memories flashed across his vision. He and Arya. Him and Nsuada. Him and Trianna. Eragon tried not to think of Carvahall. Roran. He sighed. Maybe he would go back soon. But what did Angela say? She said he won't set foot in Alagaesia anymore.

Eragon wrapped his arms around Tallice which bounded her arms to her sides. Take no chances. and Eragon realised he loved Tallice too. "I love you Tallice. I do." He said to her and lifted her onto the bed and continued kissing her.

[Tallice Sanada]

Tears fell from her eyes when Eragon kissed her then pulled her onto the bed. Hearing him tell her that he loved her too surprised her. She told him "I love you too." she whispered as she kissed him back releasing her arms from his grasps, throwing her arms around his neck.

[Allen †]

Eragon just looked at her. He felt Saphira's feelings about it but she left him in peace. Eragon hugged Tallice back, mezmerized by the weird feeling that engulfed him now. Maybe Mitch is watching... I do not know. Eragon thought to himself.

[Tallice Sanada]

"I thought I lost you." Tallice looked up into Eragon's eyes running her hands through his hair as a tear fell from her eye.

[Allen †]

"Well, now I am here." Eragon said, looking at her still. "I thought I will never see you too." He said, wiping away her tears. "Why are you crying?"

[Tallice Sanada]

"I didn't want to lose you and because....." Tallice put her head down the looked back into Eragon's eyes "I love you and I never want to lose you to anyone or anything." Tallice smiled and pressed her lips gently against his lips softly kissing him.

[Allen †]

"Me too." Eragon said, looking at her and kissed her back. "Uh, why issit that you don't want me to leave you?" Eragon asked, pulling away. "Am I worth such attention?"

[Tallice Sanada]

"You are worth every bit of my attention." Tallice smiled "I don't want you to leave me, you are my best friend, my companion, the person I love the most." she said "I want nothing more than to be with you Eragon."

[Allen †]

"Right, " Eragon said. Perhaps this wasn't right afterall. He found that he had been distracted or something like this. "Okay. But I don't think you could follow me around to EVERY single school, I guess."

[Tallice Sanada]

"Eragon, I'm not a love sick puppy. I was expressing how I felt about you." Tallice chuckled. "I didn't want you to die on me. That's what I meant about you leaving me." she smiled "I know eventually you will. But not this young." sitting back on the bed. "I know you say you love me, but only time will tell if your heart decides that too." she said getting up off the bed, going around to the other side and picking up the tray of food that was still semi hot to the touch "Here, eat. You will feel better." she smiled then decided to leave Eragon to his peace.

[Allen †]

"Umm." was Eragon's curt reply. He ate the food in silence as Tallice left. He was thinking... about her words.

"I know eventually you will. But not this young."

Eragon sighed and put down the food, lying back onto bed. He knew he would have extraordinarily long life, because of his dragon. He would live to be over a hundred. But Tallice is still a normal being. Besides, maybe the changes made to him will make his life last even longer. He shrudded to think that he might outlive his own children, if he had any.
