ooc: sorry habit sometimes i am trying to break my self from it but it is hard because i tend to repeat myself..i will try not to
ic: Adrienne glared as Alezand stole her book she tried protesting but he was too fast so she just glared at him. "You do realize I can carry that for myself? Buuuuttt if you really want to carry it." her voice trailed trailed off as a mischevious smile appeared on her face. She first looked around to make she no one was paying attention she whispered something under her breathe. She watched Alezand's reaction because she had used her magic to make to book very heavy.

Alezand quickly realized his imminent folly. "Oh noooo, it's your book after all. My apologies. Here you go..." He said quickly as he plopped the volume back into her arms, feeling its weight grow rapidly as he passed it off. He then dashed off around the shelves to assure his escape from her probable growing frustration. But it will all be worth it once she opened the damn book. "Forgive me for ever being NICE. I know most girls don't realize a nice guy when they see them. Thats why they always get shacked up with some ass (donkey type) before realizing how good they had it with the guy that actually gave them the time of day." He remarked matter of factly.

Adrienne quickly reversed the spell before it got to heavy for her. "Thank you alezand for my book back. Sorry about that I just couldn't resist thank you for being nice though I apprecate the gesture. Just remember never take a book away from a bookworm unless you have their permission because you can never predict just what a bookworm can do." She winked playfully. Then she suddenly noticed the bok felt different as though it had something inside it. She looked at Alezand curiously wondering if he put something inside. Well there was only one way to find out she gently began to open the book keeping her eyes on Alezand.

Watching her face with extreme earnest and hope, Alezand came back around and went to one knee, taking the ring from the now opened book and taking her hand. "Will you, Adrienne, marry me?" He asked softly as he placed the ring on her finger. He never took his eyes off of hers, searching for her answer before it was spoken...
OCC: hows that for plot twist, lol

Adrienne was stunnded and rightfully so for in her book lay the most beautiful ring she could ever imagine. she was shocked, her mouth hang open as Alezand got down on one knee and proposed.She couldn't believe he had just proposed. She finally accepted that Alezand had proposed as was now expecting an answer. She looked down at the man she had fall in love with the man, the man who had swept her off her feet. She gaed deeply into his inquiring eyes. She knew the answer in her heart she didn't question the answer that lay inside. This was the man she loved he was the one she wanted to spend her life with and she knew it, her eyes filled with the happiness and the love she held for him and him alone. "Oh Alezand..." she paused gazing at him lovingly her heart was soaring with her love for him "Of course I will." she said softly her blue eyes brimming with tears not of sadness but of joy.

OCC:Well this thread was supposed to be just a spoiling of your character, but you shot that down in the first shop. so I had to up the stakes.
IC:Alezand never was happier in any moment ever before in his life. "Thank you..." He said quietly and stepped back up and embraced her, kissing her as if to steal her very breath. He had made the right decision. "Come, let finish shopping. Then we can do whatever for the rest of the day, but I've got to return to Rapaere sometime tonight. I promised David I'd watch over the village while he was gone. Which is also good news for you, since I know you have been looking for a mission. With me tied down at Rapaere, I'll need you to continue our plans." He urged. He took his books over to the counter and waited for his now fiance to finish her leisure...

ic: adrienne smiled at Alezand's look of happiness. Adrienne smiled as Alezand kissed, the kiss stole her breathe away she knew that she had made the right decsion in accepting. "No problem Alezand I love you." she said softly after regaing her breath. Adrienne nodded and said, "Yes lets." Then at the mention of a mission she smiled even though it ment not seeing Alezand she accepted it "I shall do so Alezand." she said. She finished finding a few moe books while constantly admiring her new engagment ring sure she was only eigtheen but Alezand made her happy. she finally finished and joined her new fance at the counter. She kissed him gently and said ,"I will miss you while you are gone but I shall wait for your return."

IC: "Don't worry, I won't be going anywhere. I'll just be stationed in Rapaere until David returns. You will still be able to see me, but I have things that you can handle that need to be done. And I won't be able to go with you. It won't be for long. However, you don't have to go if you don't want to. I just figured you might want something to do than rather be tied down to the Village for however long it takes for our friend to return." He explained, and with that, he paid for the books, bid the man good day, and put the books in his pack before bending down and sweeping Adrienne up into his arms. "If I can't carry your book, then I'll settle with carrying you!" He said teasingly...

Adrienne nodded "Yes I know but I will still miss you when I am gone. I promise i will visit as much as I can. It is true I would rather be doing something then staying holed up in the village beside I also have a wedding to plan. I will handle whatever you need Alezand." she said She then started laughin as Alezand picked her up. "Put me down!" she protested. even though she did potest she enjoyed being in his arms.

Kina walked in to find a young girl in the arms of a man? He muttered to himself about teenagers and walked into the Weapons section. The sound of laughter was really distracting, although he couldn't help but burst into laughter himself, and fell to the ground, rolling.
