Kane was still following Christine but he had pulled ahead slightly as the chapel came into view. His mouth dropped open a bit as he stared at it in awe. It was actually a lot prettier than he had expected so he was quite glad he had decided to come. Kane stopped in his tracks as he just looked at it. "Wow..." He ran his left hand back through his hair, his right still holding Christine's. "Thank you for bringing me here." Kane grinned at her and tugged her hand, getting her to come with him on inside.
Kane pushed the door open with his hand and stepped slowly into the church. His eyes darted about, trying to take in everything that he possibly could at once though he probably wouldn't remember all of it. He let out a little sigh of happiness and released Christine's hand. Kane stepped forward, nodding to one of the priests, heading for a seat in one of the back pews. He slid down into the pew and clasped his hands upon the back of the one infront of him, just looking at everything.

Christine climed up the stepped as Kane pulled her along, going inside. She smiled as he was amazed by the sight. "Your welcome." She said. As he released her hand Christine walked around quietly watching everything inside the chapel shimmer, especially the windows. She then walked back over to Kane a placed a hand on his shoulder. "I told you it was beautiful" she smiled

Kane smiled as her hand fell upon his shoulder. He was still examining things but he could stop for a bit to carry on a conversation. "Yes you did." Kane placed his hand on top of hers and grinned as he turned to look up at her. "Thank you again. I think this definately is going to be one of my favorite places about here." He nodded to the spot beside him on the pew. "Please...sit down with me."

Christine smiled gently then looked around as he agreed. "This chapel has been here since before I can remember. "she grinned. When she felt his hand upon hers she smiled and looked down at him in the eyes. "Your welcome. I hope you get the chance to some here more often" she smiled as as he asked, she nodded and sat quietly beside him.

Kane smiled as she told him that it has obviously been here for a while. But of course...it looked like it had. "Trust me...I'll find time for it even if I get removed from the soldiers and have to become a gypsy again." He smiled as she sat beside him on the pew. "It's just...I've always had a thing for churches is what you must understand. So you don't know how wonderful it is that you've brought me here even if I did plan to get around to it at some time."

Kane blushed and looked down at his shoes, refusing to look at her knowing that it would only make his face go a deeper shade. "Sensitive....I wouldn't go that far. But I guess you could say I'm a caring person."

Christine looked at him curiously. She gently pushed his hair back so she could see his face. "Well I do think you should be ashamed. You are very special...to me"

Kane closed his eyes slowly as she pushed his hair back from his face. He smiled as he looked at her. Before he even gave it thought he had leaned over and pressed his lips against Christine's. Kane pulled back slowly and blushed. "It's nice to hear that...."

Christine grinned gently as he closed his eyes. It was the most peaceful looking thing she had ever seen. Christine was slightly suprised when she felt him kiss her but did not refuse. She softly kissed his lps back when he finally broke the kiss. She blushed gently and bit her lip. "I'm so glad I told you now.." she smiled

Kane smiled softly as he dropped his gaze back to the floor, being a bit embarrassed that he had done such a bold thing. But he had liked it and he wasn't going to refuse himself something that he wanted. "I'm sorry..I just couldn't help myself." He knew he didn't have to apologize for such a thing be he felt like he needed to for some reason.

Christine just grinned and whispered in his ear, pulling back his hair as se did so. "It's alright" she gently kissed his cheek, showing him that she didn't mind his gesture but was relieved and warmed to her heart by it. She had fallen for him.

Kane smiled as he looked at Christine. He gave her a little nod and a soft laugh. "I was afraid there for a moment that you might smack me afterwards.." He grinned. "Guess I was wrong though." He let his eyes wander her face for a few moments as he watched her.

"Of coarse not" she smiled. "What do you take me for? An old woman." she smiled. "But why did you do it?" she asked smiling.
