Heres the way i see it, although Mind you I only read a couple of the posts here, and i really hate skimming things. Since we only have 50 or so people on the board, and out of those 50 Maybe 20 come online and are active (?) Then You should lower it, atleast untill you have more and more people that sign up to the board. 1. There arn't enough people to RP with and build a good history to actually make this 2000 post requirment something realistic. 2. People might stop comming if they know you have to reach these high expectations. 3. POsts would get sloppy, (Like this one, mind you. I'mr eally looking for the beach tomorrow. ) And no one would care about quality. Less is more in this case. Anyways, thats just my imput, argue about it, whatever. It's your deal to play out. I'm just acting like a five year old.

The thing is, most people aren't SUPPOSED to get the top, ever. You only get to the top if you actually put in the effort to raise your post count that high. If you aren't willing to post your way to the top, then you're not the kind of person that is supposed to get these powers.
You're supposed to earn them, and whining that they're too difficult to attain doesn't really do much to convince me to make them more accessible.

Heh, I never realized some OOC posts actually do count. As long as some of them do, then I'm fine with the requirements. 2,000 posts I agree, will take a while to get to, but people will get there. As for lowering it, the higher count gives older members advantages over newer ones. I think it's fine. ^_^

I definately agree. The high post count gives those people that an reachthat high something to be proud of and it also will enhance their posting ability. Because i have been on many other sites and i absolutly hate it when someone brand new to the site, and to the world of Online Rpg entirely can quickly rise up in the ranks of the site. You know how hard it is to read a sloppy post.

i agree with Cain, if you're going to be like, a master bowman, then if you are going to get the rank in the first 500 posts, you would get bored because there is no proper way of getting even higher, and then, before long, everyone will be a master something or other, then the game will just deteriorate for everyone is bored
