Dragons, yes, and I saw a Pegasus.
Dear Lord am I seeing a lot ov people with those.
Just a question I have;
Um, shouldn't you...like...uh...kinda have to FIND or BUY one, not just HAVE one?
I mean, the last time I checked, your not born with one, and they don't just start liking you...
Oh and would that not be more a mage thing, and warriors get something like a noble steed or...something like that?
Please help my puzzled thoughts.

Quite agreeable, however, our dearest Eragon has a desire to loosely follow the Eragon books, and so he 'found' his Saphira in Avaren. As for the rest, I'm not entirely sure... but yes, your point makes a point.

Ah, he found his, I see....I suppose his character is based off a series? But does that not violate the creativity rule?
Anyone else want to comment on this? Help me out? It'd be nice to here from the self proclaimed "riders" I'm not trying to scold you, I'm just very curious, you can do what you like if it is not against the rules and you have fun with it.

Indeed, his character is based (in whatever perforated, odd way) on the Eragon trilogy... note when I say he is based 'loosely', though he is based on him. And yes, he technically does break that rule; however, I think the admins decided to keep him for the fun of it ^.^

Hm, I think have such majestic creatures should only be granted to those that reach certain standards or are on a certain skill tree. Though it's not stated on this site what a dragoon is on this site, I take a fused concept of what it is. I'll use the dragoon for my example. Dragoons are considered to be warriors that have perfected fighting through the means of excellent balance and jumping. Their main weapon is a spear, but they usually know how to weild more than just that. Now, the reason that dragoons have the ability to jump higher than other warriors is because of the second part of the concept. Dragoons are also known as the dragon knights. In folklore, it was said that they were the warriors that were set out to govern the dragons. Whether it meant using them for their own use or slaying the magestic creature. With that example solely, I'd think that if someone managed to reach the level of a dragoon that they could possibly possess a dragon for their use.
Mages are capable of using any magical beast to their leasure. Whether it's a phoenix or a basalisk, I don't really see a problem with it since they would have it easier to control them. And as we do have summoners and druids on this site, classes such as those would be capable of possessing more than one or calling upon more than one type of creature. These are just my views, but eh.

A note about dragoons; I don't know if you simply didn't mention it, but I believe that historical dragoons were simply an elite class of mounted soldiers used for flanking and taking out retreating troops. I haven't heard of the version you mentioned, but I don't doubt it's 'mythological?' accuracy.

It seems logical David. It does not seem that the dragon riders come from that philosophy. And no one seems to explain the pegasus, it would be nice, as I said, for the people themselves to answer, and help. I'm sure they've seen this, at least one ov them, I hope. I don't see how their level could allow them to have these things as well. It doesn't make much sense to me, with this forum's rules and theme.

I'd just like to make sense! It'd be fine if it did, thats my point.
From what I see it really does not.
What I'm specifically asking them is How are you making this work with the forum and its rules?

In the sense of Avaren wouldn't it be odd to have dragons around (the magical type) with warriors since the two cities Avaren and Aesir are spilt. It was stated in the Banquet for Avaren. Aesir and magic is simple a myth to those who live in Avaren.
So now I'm getting confused. Aren't the dragon's used by people on here a magical creature found in the legends and myths along with mages?

Sweety, your misunderstanding something! I'm NOT trying to get you in trouble or scold you.
I'm asking you how your making having a dragon work with this site, nowhere dos it say you can have one, and that they even exist. And how can someone ride a dragon? They're beasts, so how is this one tame? And from what I'm told your character is based off a book, Cain's rules are against that, you can have the name and appearance, thats it. How are you making this all work, just explain, thats all I'm asking.
Stop being a snitch against Shinji and Cloud. I'd like to hear from him as well as you and the other ones as I've kept saying. Please answer the questions so I can understand, that's all I want to know!

Dragons are not beasts. They are as intelligent as you or I. Cloud is my friend at school and he's a copycat. He copies me in almost every single way. And i am not being a snitch. But its okay, i am leaving this site, though i might come back sometimes to see Tallice Mastre. happy now? no more trouble with me. and + = person who is smiting me: oh man, i don't care. this site has already got the hell outta me. i am outta here! argh. tallice: uh, see u around, i guess, you've been a good friend.

If you followed the rules there would be no issues, if you did and we don't understand, you explain. You have not. If you see, it's not only myself, there are staff and intelligent members confused as well.
Goodbye.
