gotta love Magic. I just like being able to produce mana better than the colors and the look on my pals faces when I drop 9/9 Krosan colosses on the third turn and a couple of thorn elementals to go with it. then theres that nice hunting grounds/Call of the wild combo that allows me to play creatures for free and when ever a person plays a spell. So green is my best color. I just wield it better and love the reaction of my beefies hitting the field and trample through like nobodies business. White is also a very annoying color, so thats fun too. :-D

I simply love the versatility of Magic... you can do practically anything - I learned that the hard way, once by enchanting my own land with a card that deals damage to the owner of a played land.. it was a bit more complex than that, but the point is - I lost.
Now then, back to creatures....

There I added a few to the list. And as I stated, none of the mystical creatures would be purchased full grown, because there would be a required level to purchase them. If you want to purchase a full grown pet, then you'd have to pay more and prove yourself, at least that's what I think. And as for magic decks, I can safely say that I can play effectively with 4 out of the 5 colors. The one color being blue which if anyone can make an excellent deck with that by itself is like all set to play with everything. As for myself, I prefer using White, Green, or Black. And I love the Ravnica Block, I got like one deck for each of the 10 guilds and all of them are awesome! My favorite decks from those guilds are the Boros(red/white) and the Conclave(green/white).

*gasp* I want a skellie!!!
Uh....I mean.....A skeleton would be a great a pet, I love the idea.
*clears throat*
*cough*
Even after quitting EQ2 over a year ago I still say "skellie"...was what a lotta people called those evil things...whenever you'd hit them their bones would crack and theyd laugh, theyd laugh when they hit you too, they were great.

yeah the ravinca block was by far one of the bests. Boros, selesnya, orzov simmic and azorious were my fav guilds, i think. the next block looks interesting, unfortunately, I'll be in Iraq by the time it releases. my best colors are green and white, but work red pretty well too. I'm so happy to see the storming mechanic come back. one of my fav spells was wing shards. Slivers would make awesome pets, and I tink Rith will agree. (his most annoying and favorite deck is his sliver deck, ARRG, I hate it so. But I don't thing human zombies, or maybe i should say humanoid zombies are considered in the "pet category" nor do I think goblins. These are sentient beings, like elves and dwarves and would not be kept in captivity well. I know that zombies and goblins are not the brightest creatures, but in the case of goblins, again, they are a race like elves, orcs and dwarves. As for humanoid zombies, they were once a sentient being. but maybe a zombie critter (ie, frogs dogs, birds and so on." would be cool. I could go along with that. Thestrals should be added. ominous steeds that can only be seen by those who have seen death. They are very loyal, dreadful looking to those who can see them, and never get lost. They are very powerful creatures. maybe manticores too. hmm, this is gonna be a long list, i think...

I'd use it to open a gate to hell and suck everyone in (and stab them as they passed by me) of course.
Duh.

Alright, when I put Zombies, Goblins, and Orcs on the pet list there was a different idea to it than what you are thinking. I am well aware that these types of creatures could be considered sentient beings or could be considered as such. However, there are other sources that just refer to these things as monsters. Not to mention that all three have a very low IQ and could be easily manipulated. That was what I was aiming for. It's not like they are your "pet" but more of a creature that follows you around as a slave or servant.
