"Hey, you!" These two words carried down toward the trio's positions, as a simple boy walked over to them, no weapon drawn or anything. He had a few cuts on his arms, and a small amount of blood trickled down from his hairline. He walked over slowly, his breathing heavy from a small amount of running. "Are you guys leaving? I suggest you stay away from that exit.. The gaurds are coming down." How he knew this, he didn't tell the group in front of him, and slowly looked over the people. His gaze froze on Susan, and his eyes flickered in recognition. "You're Susan! The Queen!" He quickly stepped forward and took her into an embrace.
Today was probably her lucky day, for her to recieve a hug instead of a stab.
And as he hugged the queen, his weapon slipped out of his sleeve, and giving her no chance to avoid because of the embrace, he plunged the knife into her back.
Okay, so maybe she wasn't lucky after all...

OOC: *slaps forehead* Do you honestly believe that it would be so easy to escape from the Dungeons? I guess if you want something done right, you need to do it yourself BIC: If these three thought there was a single passageway in the city that Rianne or her guards didn’t know, then they were out of their minds. Of course, trying to escape the dungeons made them out of their minds as well. They were a Warrior country for goodness sakes! Each and every corner was important when you relied on manpower to guard things. Which is why they were all caught very quickly. “Well well well, the little escaped rats. And it looks like we add another to the brood.” A very harsh voice came from the entrance to the secret passage way as Queen Rianne herself entered flanked by the guards that accompanied her now. She did very few arrests herself these days, but now she would. This one was…special. For the one that had decided to try and break free was not only arrest for being under suspicion of heretical behavior and under the crime of aiding heretics, but also for High Treason. If they thought that Susan was idly guarded, they were wrong. The Queen was wearing her now traditional silver armor with her long black hair topped by the circlet that marked her as a monarch of Avaren, each piece glimmering in the torchlight. A guard carried her bow and arrow and walked nearby, and of course the rapier was hanging at her side waiting to be drawn. Her eyes rested upon Sparky where he had stabbed Susan and one of the guards grabbed him by the shoulder and went to put a blade to his throat but instead Rianne raised a hand. “No. He is loyal to the crown, he will be reward for his actions.” And with that, Sparky was released and returned his dagger. That grey gaze turned back onto the group of misfits. “As for the rest of you. Why did you care to leave the Dungeons? Isnt it just a lovely place. I think you may need to return. And you.” She turned herself to Susan once more, while the other two were led out in chains by the guards to be returned to the cells. “Not so Queenly now, are we?” She said with ice coldness in her voice. Susan was finally paying for her crime of treason. She was locked up and was brought back to the Dungeons as well. ----
Fae, Susan, and Nexus
By the will of the Crown you have been arrested and sentenced to the Dungeons to await your trial where your fate will be reckoned. Your crimes are heresy against the Church, acting as an accomplice to other heathens and/or harboring such heathens against the Church, resisting arrest by the guards of Avaren, avoiding trial for your crimes, and jailbreaking of other criminals. And finally, High Treason against the Crown. Justice will be served. OOC: Susan, you are not a Queen. You are not a monarch or ruler. You do not command guards or troops. You are a criminal in the eyes of Avaren's royalty and in the eyes of it's troops and guards, you are in no shape to arrest anyone, especially Shadow who is already in jail.

OOC: I said something like "I hate you!" her, before, but Muryllis brought up a good point. I didn't mean for it to come across the way it did, so I clarified and lengthened it. I think Muryllis's post still has the original text, tho. Sorry for the inconvenience.
BIC: Fæ looked at Susan. All that had just happened had confused her. She didn't want to see things end this way, but she had no other choice. She let her eyes droop. They were almost closed when a single tear fell from her eyes. "I'm sorry!!!" She let out a large shriek, the chains which she was held by broke. She reared her leg backwards, almost like a ballet. This blow hit him in his crotch, sending him to the floor in pain. She turned and ran down the corridor. She stopped trying to be silent, the alarm having been raised. She saw a guard standing in front of her, and danced around his sword, sliding between his legs. Just as her hip was past him, she raised her knee, slamming it into his groin. He immediately turned pale, and dropped to the ground, just as Fæ had finished sliding by. She needed to put as much distance between herself and this queen as possible. She lept around gaurds, over them, and in every possible direction. She moved like she had never moved before. She found it amazing just how much fear could increase one's strength.

OOC: I believe it necessary to escape from the dungeon. It would go severely out of Fæ's character to assume otherwise. I would like you to at least know her story. Fæ doesn't usually talk to people, so she wouldn't make enemies (especially because she is a nice person). Since she rarely uses her magic, the rumors you would hear to arrest her would have to be from out of the country. Thus, these rumors would be so numerous and damning that she could not escape any trial alive (even with a judge biased FOR her). Therefore, it is necessary for Fæ to escape. At the very least, I beg you to allow me to try to escape properly... Oh, yeah, and don't take Fæ so lightly. As long as she is concious, she can cast spells. I find you to be a horrible person. I reserve the word HATE for few people, but you have made this list. I am ignoring you. If you try to say she was captured again, I will make it allowable for her to escape. ((You make a moving speech about how you hate Rianne OOC simply because she knows how to make a powerful and interesting plot that seems to conflict to whatever you had 'planned' for your character? Wow.))

OOC:
1) You are in Avaren, and are a mage, big big no no.
2) You are an acolyte...2nd level mage...several guards plus fighter capable Queen in the room, chances of escape = ?
3) I am sorry if my plot gets in the way of your plot, but basically you should have gotten your character out of Avaren if you saw that mages were going to be persecuted, and gone to Aesir where the mages belong
4) As mentioned, I do not care if you hate me
Good Day ^^
