Note: I have been allowed to post this by Cain, and Thurel the warrior instructor and Elyan the warrior king agree with what I have said, unless mentioned otherwise at the end of this article, where I shall put in any disagreements or comments they have.
Okay, all info I am using in this topic has been drawn from the topic Saying a Prayer, starting at point avaren2.proboards77.com/index.cgi?board=chapel&action=display&thread=1154831363&page=2#1155397848 and going until avaren2.proboards77.com/index.cgi?board=chapel&action=display&thread=1154831363&page=3#1155490239. This is purely about the actions I have seen in that topic by Shinji and Eragon, no one else. If you have anything to report elsewhere, then check with the admin, and if you are allowed, you can post it.
Shinji: First off, your swords. As you can tell, Cain has recently put in the thing that you must have purchased them from the cash shop in order to use magical weapons. Yet you are using them freely. Here is the definition of magical: anything not of this world, pretty much. A regular weapon is just wood, metal, and maybe leather or other stuff for handgrips, a bowstring, and that's it. No magical components. Once it has any effect aside from the ones that any other weapon made of those materials would not give, then it is not a regular weapon, it is a magical weapon. So, what have you said that makes your weapons a magical weapon? Here's a list:
1. Pulled sword out of your chest
2. You had one heal your wounds
3. Made blades of wind
4. Dunno if this was the blade, but you said you were turning into a dragon, and that's giving yourself magic powers, which a warrior can't have.
As you can see, it's a nice little list. Unfortunately, it's 4 errors too long. Which is why I am here talking about this.
Eragon: May I direct you to a topic? It's one you are familiar with, actually, you are the one who started it and the last one to post. It's your character bio. Cain himself said that you are not allowed to use magic because you are a warrior. Yet you persist in doing so here. Possibly elsewhere, but I didn't check. Also, on the topic of Saphira. I personally was unhappy the moment I found out you had a dragon, because in my opinion that's the same thing as a warrior giving himself magic. However, Cain reassured me that he had told you you would have to limit Saphira's growth based on how you leveled up, and he told me that he figured Saphira wouldn't be big enough to ride until you were level 4 in status. I look at your status, and it's militia, level 1. Just because you have reached that number of posts doesn't mean you can say you've reached that rank, you must first ask the admin to give you that raise in status. For example, I could be a spearman right now, but I am choosing not to since I got most of my posts in the suggestion thread. Until you are given a raise in status, from what I understand, Saphira has not grown a bit. Therefore, Saphira would be too small to ride.
To Both: In some cases, like ranged attacks, saying an attack hit is considered God-modding. Now, if they are helpless and can't do anything, like you have them pinned to the ground, and they can't get out of the pin, then if you hit them it would be accepted. But, let's say you throw air blades (which, techinically wouldn't work in the first place) or cast a spell (which wouldn't be allowed to happen with a warrior). Saying that those attacks hit is considered god modding by Thurel, me, and Elyan because the opponent could have some way to oppose it. While your opponent may have complained about it, a different opponent could, and if this happens when you are tested by Thurel, then he can reject you if he finds fault with it, and then you don't get above rank 3.
