Yes, it's finally completed. I think other than one or two purely aesthetic edits (which only have the true purpose of looping in new people), it's completely finished. Of course, people are able to transfer characters over from either Avaren, the same as when the second Avaren came out. The storyline has been added onto in order to account for a few important details left unfinished or random important characters leaving the site.
As far as transferring goes, you carry over gold, karma, posts and anything else you had on your character. Additionally, you can get a personal magical item for your character for each site you've used that character on.
To transfer, just make your character on the new Avaren (preferably with a profile posted), read the updated positions system and PM a staff member (preferably Azzy) with your choices on positions. Also, include a link to your old profile so your posts and such can be updated.
To get your magical item, you need to post a profile in the profiles section of the site, and then just include the magical item name and description in your PM along with your link to your old profile. If you've been around since the first Avaren and were also on the second Avaren, also include the second link to your second profile along with your second magical item name and description. (Once again: receiving a second item only applies if you've been both on the first and second Avaren)
