Appearance: At five feet and ten inches tall, Arianna was always slightly uncomfortable with her height having been slightly gawkish as a child. Her hair, a very dark brown shade teetering on black was always kept in a neat french braid, pulling the wavy strands back from a tanned and distinctly determined face, excepting one stubborn strand which always fell across her rigth eye. Ari's attire always consisted of the same few dresses with an occasional pair of pants thrown in just for the fun of seeing the scandalised looks of others.
Family: Her parents, Tristan and Angelina Sherinath, and her young brother, James Sherinath
Pets: An immensely fat and spoiled black-and-white cat named Callum, a marvelous mouser for all his enormous bearing.
Personality: Ari's most prominent characteristic is her unwavering determination, or some would say, stubbornness. She starts a job, she'll finish it, whatever other people say. She detests studying even though she puts herself through it every day, and enjoys being contrary- especially towards members of the opposite gender and reading. She is also almost never without her faithful familliar.
History: Ari was born and raised in a small town to the west of Avaren. Her parents were highly respected, some of their popularity rubbing off on their shy, attention-avoiding, tree-climbing daughter. As a child, Ari had never had many others her own age to play with, her brother being not even a year old when she was ten. As a result, she had taken to her own company on more than one occasion so when she came out into companyat the age of fifteen, she was always speaking her mind and verbally putting down members of society who were twenty years her senior. All that changed when her parents were both killed while traveling home from a visit to a relative, leaving nineteen-year-old Arianna to fend for herself and her nine-year-old brother. Bitter and angry, Ari had left her brother in the care of one of their good friends in the town and left for Avaren to become a mage. After a year, bitterness and anger subsided, leaving a lonely young woman with an acidic tongue who's only love were her books and her cat.
