Adrienne decided to go for a walk in the dark forest, she wanted to pratcie some of her elemental spells. She didn't really want to pratice on the training grounds in Aesir because one she really liked the peace and quiet of the forest, two she knew elemental spells could sometimes get out of hand, three she didn't really like praticing in front of others and lastly she preferred the forest to any other place. As she walked her footsteps barely made a sound on the leafy carpet. she finally came to a clearing perfect for practing. She stod in the middle and relaxed herself and focused on the spell. "Raja jugaro." she said. A gigantic plant grew and started to shoot seeds.

Akai walked into the forest, hoping to find some sort of beast to fight. She needed to train some, especially considering her current gut was something she was not pleased with. She didn't want people to start calling her "fat," so she went off in search of training often. Perhaps she needn't do this, but in her mind, she was bloating at an increadible rate, which could only, of course, be cured by intensive training. She walked around th forest for a while, before noting that someone else was there. Upon closer inspection, she found that it was a mage, apparently casting a spell. This spell, however, as Akai watched, began to cause a large plant to spring as if from nowhere, and shoot seeds in varying directions. Before Akai could gather the wits to cover herself, she was pelted with several seeds, causing small bruises on her stomach. She quickly pulled her robe over her exposed torso, and tied it with her sash, to protect herself from the onslaught of seed-bullets. "Hey! You! The dim-witted mage! Make sure no one's around when you cast those spells! Those seeds hurt!" Akai shouted, hiding behind a tree, and beginning to pluck seeds out of her hair.

Adrienne was shocked when she heard the voice ringing out, she whilred to see a glimps of a warrior. She immeditely stopped the spell. Adrienne glared in the direction of the person, "Come out here where i can see you." she demanded. it wasn't her fault the spell hit the warrior but she wouldn't stand letting this warrior whoever he or she was call her an idiot. She had thought no one was around so it was the warriors fault not hers that they got hurt, everone knows not to stand around a mage when they are casting a spell. "And by the way of course the seed hurt, what did you expect, it isn't my fault you got hit." she said. She waited for the response from the hidden warrior

"I walked up before I knew there was a spell being cast! Only a beast would've had the reaction time to run from THAT!" Akai shouted, angry that this idiot thought that she was hiding from HER. Akai walked out into the open, as soon as she heard the seeds stop pelting the tree that she had chosen to use as a shield. She looked the mage square in the eye, as she didn't want to look like a coward. "Do you like angering people, or are you just good at it?"

Adrienne glared at the female warrior, "Well sorry it is not my fault that you just happened to show up when i was casting a spell." she said angerly. She looked back at the warrior, squarely in the eyes she wasn't about to back down. "Oh it is so much fun angering people especially cocky warriors." she said smugly. Truth be told Adrienne didn't really like angering people but she wasn't about to tell her that, she didn't want to back down and say sorry.

Tyanno was slumbering in the treetops today. His drowsily watched the clouds go by after having a very exciting morning of practise and exploring of his own. He was quite enjoying his new found freedom. Not that he felt repressed or anything by Alezand, just now learning took a whole new approach to the world noe that he was on his own terms. He would determine how successful or poor he would do in his training.
His solitary repreive was interupted though, suddeny, by a shout of a spell and then a issue of cries and threats coming from the floor below. Clambering around, he rolled and hung upside down to catch view of the confrontation ensuing beneath the peace of the wood. He noticed the young female warrior, whom seemed somewhat familiar, but really caught his eye was the features of the mage. She was... somebody.... wait! Alezands words of reverie and happiness swirled into his mind, triggering the memory. His description was impeccable. There stood the girl that his best friend had been stealing away to be with. So they met at last...
Swooping down with the flapping of his crimson and burgundy cloak, Tyanno landed light on his feet, directly behind Adrienne. Calmly walking up, he addressed them, first the warrior, "Didn't anyone in you up bringing teach you better manners? You think that she honestly wanted to harm you, you think you would be standing here to hear my rebuke. You, being a soldier, should be more situationally aware. It is the hallmark trait of the warrior. Snooping around the underbrush without paying attention to you surroundings is exactly what is going to get you killed on the field. Trust me, I know, I have been to battle. My companion is a knight, and a good one at that. And just bursting out at this one for something that is equally just as your fault is against the ethics and spirit of a warrior. I would take my creed and title a little more seriously if I were you..." Turning back to the mage. He could immediately see what Alezand saw in her, "and you, I would also expect more from. Though you and I have never actually met, I know well of you. I am Tyanno Dynam, companion and mage in service to Alezand Jozlyn. He has spoken very highly of you. Come now, both of you shake hands and be civil women as I know you can be..."

"Hmph." Akai hadn't planned on arguing for long, but it was just as well that this man interrupted, as this girl was just as stubborn as she was. She looked at Adrienne, and started laughing a big hearty laugh. "So this is what I would have been like, if I could use spells!" She laughed, obviously joking at the simialrity of the girls' thought processes. They were possibly the most stubborn people in all the lands. She stopped laughing long enough to actually talk, and introduced herself, "Akai Honmura. My name is Akai Honmura." She held out her hand to the girl, but she couldn't shake the feeling that she had seen this man somewhere before. She was sure that the man was someone she already knew, but maybe someone she had only met once. She looked in the direction of the man, but didn't register where she had seen his features before. She couldn't help but think that he was someone she had met in battle. She asked Adrienne, "Your name is?"

Adrienne laughed as well, she wasn't expecting to meet Tyanno, she remeber Alezand mentioning his name, she aslo remebered some of the stories he told about his friend. She knew she could trust him because not only were they on the same side but they were both mages. "yes Alezand told me of you, it is nice to meet you Tyanno." she said to him. She shook the warriors hand and said, "Pleased to meet you, the name's Adrienne, i am sorry about earlier i am not usually argumentative."

Akai shook hands with Adrienne, and replied, "Nice to meet you, Adrienne." Akai looked at the girl, and wondered if she was any good with spells. "You seem pretty good at spells. I wonder if I could have been that good..." She trailed off, thinking of her past, and how she would never be able to cast any sort of spell...

"If I could have learned magic, I would've become a mage. Maybe you haven't heard about it, but some people are born, destined never to cast a spell in their entire life. I know thousands of spells, but I can't even cast the most pathetic of beginner spells. That was the real reason I started to train in the martial arts. I mean, where I'm from, no one wants a bride that can't cast spells. I figured I might as well become a fighter. My mom still hates me for it, though," Akai looked at Adrienne, but turned away quickly, realizing that what she had just said might cause exactly what Akai least wanted to come from Adrienne. Pity. She suddenly smiled, trying to change the subject, so that Adrienne wouldn't focus on the pitiful aspect of her life. She quickly added on, "I know! Would you like to watch me practice with the staff? After all, I did see your spell, and I'm sure you would like to watch me practice!" She looked back to Adrienne, hoping she would take the bait, and not try to pity her. Maybe if she watched what a competent fighter Akai had become, she wouldn't pity her at all...

Adrienne nodded she heard of that happening, so she understood, she felt a little bit bad for the warrior but decided the girl didn't need pity, and probably didn't want it. So when Akai suggested Adrienne watching her practice she smiled and said, "Yeah i would love to see how good you are, i mean it is only fair."

Akai smiled. She could at least lose a few pounds by showing Adrienne some of her moves. She looked at Adrienne, and said, "Stand back, some of these moves are quite far reaching. I wouldn't want to hit you." She stood stil, at first, breathing in and out, and then picked up her staff. She brought it up in both of her hands, and took a stance, her head still turned to Adrienne. She waited to make sure Adrienne was out of the way...

Tyanno watched as the two began chatting as women often do. He seemed nearly forgotten, but was no matter. He was interested in Adrienne. She was indeed kind and somewhat bashful like Alezand had described. He had to smile. Alezand had been in such a daze the last few days since his meeting with her. He was quite happy for him. Alezand deserved it. He knew of the warrior's past and was very heartened to find that his friend was not completely incapable of caring for someone a little more deeply.
Tyanno watched as the warrior began her routine in an act to impress. He remembered where he had seen her before. On the mountain, in that fight with the demon lizard. He really didn't care for her attitude, but she seemed to be a harmless soul. Just headstrong, which could eventually be a fatal flaw. He would have to watch this young warrior. And it was curious as to her fetish with spells and magic as well.

Akai began to practice with her staff, at first spinning it around in a manner such that its only purpose in battle would be to intimidate. Soon, however, she began to get into strikes, and was showing the accuracy she had by striking the same spot repeatedly, until, about fifty strikes into the practice, she missed the spot entirely. The result was a grouping of lines that all crossed at a single point on a nearby tree. The center was indented further, as she had also struck with the tip of the staff. She then threw her staff into the air, and began to practice her punching. She grabbed the staff as it fell back toward her, and swung it at the ground, causing a considerable dent in the forest floor, a few inches larger than her staff. She pulled her staff up, and stuck it into the ground next to her, letting it stand upright on its own.
