For Enelya Avaren had been her home, since Ricard Pendergast had been in power. It wasn't until after the wars that she had fled for fear of her life. Magic practicer's were forbidden from the city. The mage's had faded away to nothing but a simple wives tale told to frighten children. Although forgotten the Magic still ran through the blood of some that lived in Avaren. Those who thought they had been safe; were looked up in the dungeons. Terror had begun all over again. Peace had slipped from their grasps, there was nothing left but to fight.
Those who were still in Aesir were safe for now, but only until word was said of its were abouts then what? Could Cain and Delia protect this place. Mages needed to learn combat a small bit, they weren't going to have to rely on their knowledge alone. Enelya had waited and waited hoping for some light of truth or even an old friend to return. Her skills had not progressed from their level 3 she was still a sorcerer. Patients was a great thing but she had none.
It had been a long time since her sneak visit into Avaren where she had seen Rith captured protecting a young girl. Her hopes to free her friend and some others were dwindling quicker than she wished.

OOC: I know, technically Rith is still locked up in the Dungeon, he didn't escape. I'm kinda setting this after his eventual escape since I'm tired of waiting around and posting in only one topic.
Just then, a voice came up from the Earth below the city. It was faint, but it sounded as if the person was yelling with all he had. "HELLOOOoooo?! ANYOOOoone?" Rith called, his voice growing slightly hoarse from all the yelling he had done recently. He very much looked beaten up, filthy, and partially starved from his less than hospitable stay in the castle's dungeon. It was a miracle he had gotten out at all with his heart still beating. Rith continued to call upwards to the city above, stopping for a while to look to the ground and rub his neck. The staggering height of Aesir caused neckpain to someone just trying to look up at it.
Afterwards, he looked to the mussed Puffer in his hand. Surely, he would have summoned something to aid him by now, but he was far too weak from the ordeal to conjure anything that could handle his weight. So, wait is what he did, hopefully someone could hear him up there...

Shadow walked up behind a man, obviously a mage, who was yelling up to the city of mages. Sighing, he shook his head. "all that yelling will get you nowhere. the people up there cannot hear or see us, they are to high up. There is a place around here... where it brings you up..." Shadow laughed. "But I really havent been to Aesir many time, and I have never used this entrance. But, with enough determination, Im sure we will be able to find it." He sighed thoughtfully. "I heard that the way up was this place of either strong magical winds or a beam of light... but I cant remember which." He smiled weakly. "you were one of the people in the dungeons? Ugh... i hated that place. Not many memories from the time we spent in chains though..." He shighed again, momentarily staring off into the distance before turning around and scuffling about, looking for something that would allow them to enter Aesir.

Enelya stood by the edge of Aesir; closing her eyes away from the devastation below her. Her heart beat quickly; the sudden urge to risk her own life for others seemed demanding. Taking a few deep breaths, she took those few steps to the Aesir entrance platform the shifted between to worlds. Enelya placed carefully a hooded cloak on. She slipped her arms into their position and button upped the three front buttons. Finally she placed the hood over her finely kept hair.
The five words slipped of her lips as the normally did “please, take me to Avaren”. She wasn’t sitting around for much longer or getting lectured any further on the sit tight theory. As she traveled down quickly, fear ripped through her body! She took her first step on Avaren soil cautiously. Moving quickly she noticed to shadowy figures. Although they were on the outskirts of the city danger still lurked in every corner. Over hearing words of the dungeons she looked closely, moving forward a little. Both men were battered and bruised to have been in a tavern brawl. She thought they must be friend. Taking a big risk with her judgment of the men, she stepped out of her hiding place lowering her hood.
“Do you gentlemen need assistance of some kind?” As smile covered Enelya’s face as she saw Rith standing before her injured but alive. Relief filled her senses.

Rith looked to Shadow as he unleashed a bevvy of information. The only things he really drew from it though were there was some form of mystical method to enter this floating sanctuary and that he was the one unfamiliar voice from the dungeons that didn't take a knife to his gullet. "Yes, well I surmise that our way shall be made clear soon enough if we just keep our eyes open. By the by, now that we aren't suspended from a cold, brick wall, allow me to introduce myself. Rith Matou of the Claw, a pleasure to officially meet you." Rith replied with a smile gracing his scuffed-up face as his hand invitingly reached out to Shadow. A short while later he heard yet another familiar voice grace his ears. He wasn't too sure who it belonged to, but he knew it was someone from the olden days of Avaren, and that sounded sweeter than an orchestra of Angels to his ears. Rith turned to face the person addressing them, seeing another woman shrouded by a hooded cloak. "I know you... I can't quite place your voice, but you are very familiar to me. Maybe it'd help if every female Mage didn't dress the same when they went to Avaren..." Rith joked with the new person, milling over the people he had met here before in his head to try and put the pieces together.

Enelya gave a slight giggle as she pulled back the hood of her cloak. Smiling she was glad he at least remembered her in some way. Although older now her features had not changed much. "Well if ever mage was not considered a Heathen then maybe we would walk uncloaked around this corrupt city." Glancing around her she prayed they were not being watched. Walking closer to the two she extended a hand to Shadow. "I don't believe we have meet of yet sir, I'm Enelya Telrúnya." She nodded to the man twice her height. "Now fellas what on earth are you don't hanging around here? Rith you look like you could do with tending too?" She hadn't expected everything to be this easy there had to be a catch. Maybe someone leaked information out about Aesir? Maybe this was a trap to get there? She had just played into it if that was so!

"Enelya, a sight for sore eyes, to be sure." Rith said with a smile after she had removed her hood. It was good to see people he knew from day's past, it gave him hope that the others had made their way out safely before the iron fisted rule of that forked-tounged harpy could take hold. He looked himself over quickly at Enelya's mention of tending and replied "Well I suppose I have seen better days. Thought the important thing now is that we get out of sight quickly. Can you show us how to get up there Enelya?"
