A meeting of mages

Adrienne smiled at him glad to hear he would do as she said, so she had more power then she touhgt, i guess tha came with the new territory of being Alezand's fiancee soon to be wife. She tought about the question it was an excellent one, it would seem rather stupid for them to go barging through the front door all willy-nilly, they needed a plan a good one at that. So Adrienne used her intelligent mind to think, she knew her house inside and out, she then knew what the plan would be. "Okay Napier I have a plan, we can't just run in there all higgldly pigglydy we need to get a sneak attack, if you are willing to risk it you go in thorugh the front as a distraction and i will come through a secret passage sneak up and surprise them."she said. "What do you think? Its not much but we don't have time to think of a better one." she said

" i guess its a plan then" he replied standing up and turning toward the door " get going now"
Approaching the door he turned back to see if she had left already, they would have to make this quick. Turning back he stood in the door way, studying his opponents.

[Adrienne]

Adrienne nooded and slipped towards the secret entrance, she hoped her plan would work. She winded her way through the dark passage but she knew every inch so wasn't lost, finally she reached the end now she had to wait for Napier to distract them so she cold attack them. She took a deep breath and brought up er magic at ready.

Napeir stepped into the house and approched the men. The man had his back to him so as not to startle him he stood a distance.
" hello" he said to the man, trying to sound polite.

[Adrienne]

Adrienne heard Napier enter her house and speak to one of them men, once they turned towards him disctarted she slipped out of her hiding place and whispered under her breath the first spell that came to mind.."Freezudo." she whispered her spell stuck the first man causing his legs and are to freeze or at least that should have happened either her spell missed, which it should have been a direct hit, or they were wearing protective armor of some kind against magic. Either that or one of the men was a mage, she cursed. Now the battle was one. They pulled out there weapons one of them spoke robably the leader "There she is remember he wants he alive, kill the boy but make sure she stay alive." the man barked, all three man began to attack Napier and her.

"so violent" he said dodging one attack.
He brought his foot up and into the back of the first attackers head,spinning from there he saw another man near Adrienne. mumbling a spell that he had learned from a teacher, he spit fire out at the man.
Feeling a sharp pain in his back he turned to see a man with a crossbow aimed at him, a shiny arrow stuck out of his shoulder.
Napeir reached up and pulled the arrow out, blood oozed down his shoulder, he would have to make this quick this bruise would weaken him. The man behind him was recovering from the blow to the head, realizing that he was surrounded, he thought hard and decided it was time to unleash his full power.
A cloud of smoke appeared around him, when it cleared a there was was a cat.
"what you people have been doing is wrong, you must be stopped" he said
"contro 9" he yelled
He was then launched at the man with the crossbow, within a foot of him another cloud of smoke appeared and Napeir launched out of it, knife at hand, slashing it across the top of his head, not killing him but wounding him badly. He then disappeared into another could of smoke, this time the smoke didn't go away, it hung in the room making all unsee-able.

OCC: Alright guys, heres the deal. I do notice a effort to improve your posts, but you posted out of turn. You should've each posted once and then it would be the bandit's turns each. Spelling still needs work too. Adrienne, in your last post changed in format from third person (which is the required form) to 1st person. Careful Napeir, your treading close to god moding in that last post, showing powers of elemental mastery, shape shifting and illusionist, which are three very different types of magic. I would allow some extra powers, but since you would be focused on one type of magic, these additional feats would be seriously weaker than your mainstream powers, ie a shapeshifter at your level could possibly cast embers or sparks, but not spit a stream of fire. That would require a lot of skill from a focused elementalist. And the Shapeshifter would show fatigue after changing so many times. Adrienne, I know you are a summoner, so bringing aid to the fight would be your strength. The freezing spell, though a elemental power, was within limits. Just be careful. As for wound refence, a bolt wound is not a bruise, it would be a serious puncture and would bleed pretty freely (think small caliber pistol ballistics) and remember not to control other characters. With that in mind, lets continue this, and please wait your turn.

ooc: sorry Alezand slipped up...i won't forget....
ic: Adrienne ignored Napier's attempts as she fought her own battle, she quickly accessed her summoning spells. A big falcon dove into the room attacking one of the men, while a young wolf entered from the front. She felt herself weaken it had taken alot of strength to summon the two creatures and keep them in control, she hoped that they would help, as she dodged attacks trying not to get killed or captured.

ooc: srry about it, i write storys so i get a bit crazy every now and then, the fire, once again i didn't mean to make it seam as big as it was, and the transformation, i have done in many posts and never got any compants it is ment to be like a special bond with cats, srry. THe wound, you know that major vein( i think thats what it was) in people shoulder, it was ment to hit that.
ic: With the smoke in the room napeir hit the wall, the transformation had done away with some strength, but he had to keep fighting, he had to protect Adrienne.
He noticed the animals run in and attack. He stood up and ran toward the man attacking Adrienne, lunging himself at him, thanks to the animals he had the chance to attack a single man at a time. The spell Adrienne had used must have weakened her so he had to keep her from putting up too much stress.

Tormac was angery. He had just stepped into the kitchen when he felt a cold berth a of a spell whiz past him and then a screeching bird appeared and dove at him. He grunted and hefted his heavy mace at the feathered nuisaince. He was strong, but slow and he continued to miss his target when all of a sudden he felt the weight of a small person wrap round his legs. "Aarg, I will smash you, little boy!" He roared and swung low at the mage, ignoring the pestilent bird....

Lamiler turned on his heel and rushed down the stairs to see had happened when he instinctively dodged a spout of flames and he fired reflexively at a young male mage. But before he could gather his wits he was struck in the shoulder with a some sort of weapon, it happened too fast for him to track. But he was quick to recover and amidst the smoke filling the room now, he bought both bows to bear on the girl now slinking back after casting some spell he had no clue about, but had an inkling that it had something to do with the appearance of the falcon in the fray. He had a second thought and the while keeping his right weapon still trained on the girl, he took aim at the bird and pulled the trigger...

[ralqor]

Ralqor watched the fray unfold as the two mages broke cover and attacked his two soldiers. He was amazed at their foolhardiness and yet their heart was commendable. He continued to stand back and watch as the two armored troops regained their composure when he sensed a presence behind him, and he pivoted quick to find a small wolf snarling. "Oh, clever girly..." He muttered as he draw the heavy claymore broadsword. He brought up a false guard and then lunged at the canine, slashing down and to the left...

Napeir jumped back as a large weapon that looked like a mace, the mace was very heavy and slowed the mans attacks, but slow though they were a blow could almost kill him.
" small, small" napeir repeated " thats rude, i just call it young age; old man"
Napeir quickly went over his options as he dodged the mans mace, he wanted to win but the chances of it were small. Beside him the bird fell to the ground dead, the wolf was having trouble, they were losing badly.

[Adrienne]

adrienen could feel the instant her bird died, it had been shot, she could feel the pain spreding, and her wolf was not doing good weither she knew they were going to lose with certainty. "Napier RUN, let them take me there is no point in fighting just run, go to Alezand!." she called, she hated having to admit defeat, but she just wasn't strong enough, she could try summoning another animal to there aid but she couldn't think tohe pain of losing her animals her creatures was to much. She glared and stood wating for the capture, she would continue fighting she would give up but she just couldn'trisk Napier's life for her own.

Napeir heard the cry of Adrienne to get out, that was the last thing he wanted to do. They were losing the battle and he had made a promise.
"I will go to Alezand, and soon return" he said before turning toward the window, as he was about to jump out when he turned to study the mans face, if he was to report to Alezand then he would have to have a description. He then jumped out the window and headed down the stairs. Alezand would be in Repaer, so that is where he had to go.
