[Allen †]

Eragon stepped away from the wall. He can't use magic now, not with two mages around.

[Cloud Strife]

strife took a look at eragon and continue observing the place for any levers or something...

[Allen †]

Eragon whispered to Strife. "What d'you reckon is behind that wall?"

[Shadow]

Shadow laughed. "wow, you are almost as good as the men that came ten years ago." he laughed. "there is no lever, or magic words. You just simply walk over here and-" Shadow walked over to the wall with the rusty sword on it and grabbed the sheath. With a swish of his cloak, he dissapeared. his voice floated out from the other side of the wall. "well, dont be shy, come on in! if you can figure it out..."

[Allen †]

Eragon grabbed the hilt of the sword and felt an unexpected tug and in a moment, he was beside Shadow. "How did I do that? How did I do that?" Eragon asked, excited.

[Shadow]

Shadow laughed. "you didnt, The sword did." he coughed. "well, the replica of the sword did." he waved an arm. "welcome, to my hideout." in the room in front of them, there was a fireplace and a chair, with a huge closet in one corner. But that was just the furniture. "there is ten years of theivery here." His eyes glinted. "You can look, but dont touch or you loose a hand."

[Allen †]

"Well done..." Eragon breathed as he walked around carefully.

[Cloud Strife]

strife smiled and grabbed the sheath of his sword and he went to the other side...he smiled,"wow...fantastic..."

[Allen †]

Eragon frowned. The furniture looked harmless. "You said they would... do something to my hands... but how do you?" Eragon asked, looking at Shadow's hands.

[Shadow]

Shadow laughed. "No, I will cut your hands off if you touch any of my loot. thats baisicly what I said. You can sit in the chairs, but i dont suggest opening the closet." he looked at eragon curiously, and then smacked himself on the forehead. 'of course, hold on a minute." he walked over to the closet, turned away from it, and backed into it, dissapearing again. there was a click, and suddenly, ten years worth of gold and jewels appeared on the floor. when he reappeared, he laughed. "dont touch any without permission, and Ill know if you do. there's a spell on the whole lot."

[Ariadne]

Ariadne walked to the sheath and pulled it. In a matter of seconds she was in another room. She saw Shadow disappear and then appear and a whole bunch of gold and jewels. "wow...nice place." Ariadne said as she looked around.

[Shadow]

Shadow nodded to ariadne. "thanks. I try to keep it neat." smiling, he sat down in one of the chairs. "please, take a seat. they dont bite" he laughed.

[Ariadne]

Ariadne laughed. "yeah not too hard." She then sat down on a chair. And looked around at the guys. "wheres that girl?" she asked them.

[Cloud Strife]

strife sat down and realised the girl is not here...he shrugged and said,"probably still on the other side..." strife looked around the room and smiled...this place is so secretive...

[Shadow]

Shadow shrugged. " anyone want a glass of wine? water?" he pushed on the wall next to him and a panel flipped around, revealing a bunch of glasses and some wine bottles. pushing the panel next to it, another panel flipped, and something lage and shiny jumped out at Shadow, knocking him down. It looked like a dog, but it had the spinal spikes of a dragon, snake eyes, and it was wearing golden armour crafted for something resembling a dog.
shadow began spluttering as it licked his face. "Down boy. DOWN!" he sat up and scratched it behind the ears, and it rubbed against him playfully. "This is my uh..." he wiped his face. "Friend and protector Chao." he stood up. "i found him in one of the secret compartments. no idea why he was there..." Shadow shrugged. "But he guards the place. this is also one of the reasons that no one else has investigated this place.
