Ariadne giggled "Yes! Thats a good thing." Ariadni told him. "I will greatly appreciate that...Snakes give me the chills...with their scaly skin and their slithering bodies." Ariadni said as she shivered.

Shadow smiled. "Snakes are allright. I dont mind them, but i do mind insects." he shook his head. "hate most of them." he looked over at the ground near one of the bushes. moving almost too fast for the eye to track, he grabbed the garder snake that was lying there. "Hey, look, a snake." he smiled, and put the snake back into the bush. standing up, he walked over to where araidne was.

Ariadne glared at him. "Now why would you do something like that..scaring me like that..How Rude!" Ariadne said pretending she was mad at him. "ME TOO!! I cant stand insects...not even ladybugs..theyre not so innocent as people say they are." Ariadne said matter-of-factly.

Shadow laughed. "It scared you from that far away?" He laughed even harder to her comment about ladybugs. "I did not know that, Care to explain?"

"Yes it did!" Ariadne said."Well about the lady bugs.....hhhmmm. I was one hot summer day and me and my bestfriend were in the park eating icecream when ladybugs came out of nowhere, so she says "Ariadne just shoo them away and they will leave us alone." So we did that but to no avail they did not leave us. They attacked us with their ladybug powers. I had to kill everysingle one of them. They even made me drop my icecream." Ariadne said very seriously.

Shadow shook his head. "Must have been terrible..." He laughed. "well, I always thought that certain insects were good because they helped the plants get rid of pests and the such."

((I dont know...but the do now....its a true life story though...i really do hate insects))
"Yes finally..someone who agrees with me" Ariadni said. She then heard his laughter."Hey! Im being serious!"........"Well not me..I hate all of them.....except caterpillars just becaus ethey turn into butterflies." Ariadni said with a smile.

Shadow smiled. "Just as long as you dont kill something that i would like to examine, say we come across a praying mantis." Shaking his head, he looked around. observing some movement on the ground, he bent down and crept towards it. Silently, he grabbed the insect that had been sneaking around. Bringing it over to her, he kept his hands cupped. "praying mantis are amazing. wanna see it?"

Shadow opened his hands. the mantis that was inside them emerged, looking around cautiously. Shadow looked at it closely. "This is a male, about two weeks old." Placing it in a bush, he watched closely. "look at that! it changed color to match the roses!"

Shadow laughed. "yeah, certain types of insects can do that. And you'll know if i'd like to study the insect if my eyes widen at the site of it and im not running in the opposite direction." he laughed. "or backing away slowly." Walking over to araidne, he smiled. "Im not saying you need to be interested, but most insects only have less than a month to live."

Shadow shook his head. "yeah, but its the so-called 'circle of life'" he shrugged. But they are plentiful enough. what id like to see is a giant hercules beetle... those are supposed to be amazing." He looked around, and changed his toung to the dragon tounge and stuck it out. changing back, he smiled micheviously. "But no-wehere as near as cool as a dragon."
