Adrienne spent a quiet evening in her house with a quill in oe hand and a piec of parchment in front of her. Occasionally she would glance at her left ring finger, there on that finger was an engagment ring. The love of hr life Alezand had proposed to her it seemed like just yesterday she met the handsome warrior at a banquet she remebered hat day clearly. He had come into her life a changed it for the better he had stolen her heart and now she was going to marry him. The smile that had appeared on her face at the thought of her love was replaced by a scowl as she thought of him so far away. She took it on herself while he was busy to try to plan their wedding which was no easy task. She wanted a simple wedding the hardest part was finding a precher who'd marry them and finding a chapel as well as getting the necessary dress, flowers and other things that where supposed to be part of a wedding. Right at that moment she was trying to figure out who to invite so far her list had two names Tyranno, Alezand's best friend and maybe Akai her female warrior friend. She was deep in thought when suddenly...

Tyanno burst through the door, and with a slight struggle against the snow and wind blowing outside, he quickly closed the door. "Whew, it's getting a bit bitter out there", he said with a smile. "Adrienne, Alezand just told me this morning about the engagement. I wanted to congratulate you in person. Besides I needed to get out of the village and I figured you could use some help with the planning." He remarked as he crossed the front hall to join Adrienne properly.
He hadn't really had much experience with her in person, they were ofter on opposite sides of Alezands influential life. But he knew her through Alezand's words of praise and affection. And he hoped that this change in position in his friends life would grant the chance for Adrienne and Tyanno to work together and form their own bond. Tyanno was very proud of Alezand for taking this endeavor, this risk really. After what his past had shown him, Tyanno feared Alezand would settle in fear of a repeat of lessons. But this was a step in the right direct for him, and it was a sign, that despite the growing troubles here in Avaren, it was going to turn out alright.
"So you making the guest list? I'll get something cooking and be right back in to join ya. I gotta at least offer my proverbial sister in law a dinner, and NO ONE cooks like Tyanno Dynam." He said with a smile and dashed into the kitchen. With a clatter of wares, and some chopping sounds and a whoosh of igniting flame, the house soon filled with the infamous skills of Tyanno's cooking.

Adrienne was startled out of her thoghts by her door bursting open she nearly jumped "Don't do that you nearly gave me a heart attack." she said glaring at tyranno. A Tyranno she didn't really know him that well but throught Alezand's stories of him she knew Tyranno was his best friend and knew that Alezand trusted him. She smiled and said, "Thank you very much Tyrsnnao but next time could you try knocking?" Se smirked and noded "Yeah I am this whle planning of mywedding isn't going as i expected the only thing i have right now is the wedding dress that was past down to me from my mother. it is the only thing i have left of my families legacy." she said sadly then she shook her head and smiled at Tranno. She hoped to be able to work with Tyranno and form a bond wih him since she know was to be Alezands wife. Adrienne laughed and said, "Mm sounds good I am a bit hungry thanks for your help Tyrnno I really appreciate it. " she smiled at the comment of proverbial sister in law. She had had a dark past but now she was looking at a brighter future.

"Not at all, dear." Tyanno replied confidently. "It's nice to do something ordinary for a change." He came back from the kitchen. "So stuck on people to invite. I can definitely think of some people. Given Alezands influence in the land, you have a lot of friends now. though on the flip side, that also doubles your enemies, but lets not think about that. Cain and his wife, David, Adiana, and Shadow and Reno a definites I think. They all have been good allies to us and all wish the best to both of you I think." Tyanno suggested. "Of course those who have signed into the Militia should be considered, as they are you troops now too, being the Captains wife." He said with a sardonic smile. He knew that was a rather perturbing thought for Adrienne, being as quiet and peaceful as she was, being a military commander was probably very absurd to her, but amusing nonetheless.

adrienne nodded at the list of names and wrote them down "Well those good even though they are alezand's friends I don't know them that well so I can;t really say if they are friends but if they have helped aid us then they can come. I guess this is a good time to make new friends and learn about them now that I am to be Alezand's wife. yes let us not think about all the enemies people will be very surprised when they learn Alezand has married a mage and one who is peaceful at that. A lot of eyebrows will be raised." A mage and a warrior being wed now that will be intresting because of the war supposedly going on she wondered what Vidar would think we he learned of alezand's marriage to a mage. "Hmm I never really thought of it that way I guess they are my troops as well now that I am to be the Captain's wife." she said. She was a gentle and peaceful women it was rather amusing to think the she was a militray commander kind of absurd really but she knew she could be a leader if she chose becase she listened to everyone's ideas, and kept peace. She could make a natural leader but that was not her path she was a follower for the most part except for when it came to some hings she always tried to make her own choices.

Ooc: sorry i haven't been on lately dear, but I've been very busy with a lot of BS. I am trying to gain control of the site and promise more activity soon.
Ic: Tyanno went back to check on the food again, adding more sauce to the meat, turned the rice, and mixing pots of one item with another. His brazen brown eyes glanced up from the steaming stove-place. "This should be a no brainer for you. I can hardly think of someone who dislikes you. Thats impossible. The big decision is do you want to have a big wedding or a small one. And where it will be held. Now I know that the village is our new symbol of freedom, but given both your personalities and my personal choice, I'd pick some place like the Lake or the Forest. But that's just me. And I may be a gentleman, but I kinda come up short on the romantic side of things. Thats Alezands department, the doof." He said as he jerked his hand away from a particularly warm pot before any harm was done. He smirked at her warmly and came out with an appetizer. A plate of fuming garlic bread smothered in a sheet of four cheeses and herbs. A dipping sauce was included on the dish, a mix of a creamy white sauce and sweet red sauce and a hint of something that only a trained tongue could distinguished against the melody of various flavors already present.
"So, are you scared?" He inquired almost in a tease. He grabbed a sliced chunk of the decadent bread. "Of getting married I mean. I supposed despite the man we are speaking of may be a great guy, there is still room for the what ifs. And he is a little high maintenance. I have watch out for him after all." It was again another brotherly jab at his captain. Harmless to say the least.

ic: Adrienne sniffed the air taking it the smell she oped whatever tyranoo was cooking tasted as good as it smell ad she hoped her natural pickiness didn't kick in she was kind of picky when it came to food. "Oh really well i believe you are right I can't think of anyone who doesn't like me..I would rather have a small weeding but i fear that may be impoessible with how many peple will want to come a the lake i wold love it to be there because that was where Alezand and I first kissed." Adrienne said blushing rememberig that day. Adrienne watched him enter with the bread "That looks good, well tell you the truth i am very scared terrified that maybe i didn't make the right choice i believe i did but i am still scared my mind fills with many what ifs sometimes i cannot believe i am to be wed it is all been so quick I love Alezand that i know but still.... I am taking a big step the biggest i have ever made in my life i am so scared terrified even i try to keep on a strong face ...."she said

"Faith is all that is required..." Tyanno paused for a moment, then continued," If more people took the time to take the leap and trust in themselves and their fellows, there would be less heartache, strife and more camaraderie and common decency. People are so fearful of their actions and losing what they hold yet, that they lose everything in their uncertainty." With that, he turned and headed back the kitchen and after a few minutes or clattering and thumping, he returned. A large crock ware pot was gripped in both of his hands, and with a slight flourish he removed the lid to reveal a stew of the freshest venison (of which he had just acquired from the forest today), the biggest trimmings and vegetables the market had to offer. Another trip to the kitchen revealed him coming back with a massive bowl of pudding, a tray of freshly prepared cranberry relish, corn and mashed potatoes well season with various herbs, some identifiable, others not so.
"There's more, so get started so I can bring it out." He said with a chuckle and plopped a big spoonful of potatoes on his plate and finally took a deserved seat across from her.

Adrienne sat there in silence and thought on his words. She then slowly begand to smile smiled "Yes faith is all that is needed. I need not be afraid of this choice that I am making. You are right Tyranno. I know Alezand is the one I want to spend my life with and I don't want to lose him. I will take this leap to be with im and I know deep down that I made the right choice." she said. She watched Tyranno bring out tons of food and she couldn't help but laugh. "what do I look THAT skinny that you must bring out all this food to fatten me up? I won't be able to eat all this you know." she said looking at all the food. It was true she was skinny and she was definitly not going to be able to eat al the food. But she got a plate anyways. She wasn't like those girls who hardly eat anything at all.
