An oversized eagle flew low over the lake, its wings gently sending ripples over the surface of the water. Upon its back, a young girl giggled quietly.
"Eron, you're going to disturb the peace!" she whispered. The eagle landed beside a large boulder.
Sorry, Alenya the girl heard him say sheepishly. Alenya smiled at her pet and rolled over onto the boulder. She loved the stillness of the night, much more than the bustle of the midday. Stretching out on her boulder, she looked out at the moon's reflection in the water.
"It's so pretty," she breathed.
Eh, the eagle said, snapping at a few gnats.
"Geez, can't take you anywhere, can I?" Alenya pretended to be angry, but laughed a second later

Napeir walked into the open, and started walking up the beach.He started running and he shot around a corner on to his fav rock, just to bump into an over sized bird. Sending him flying back into the water.

"Oh, my gosh!" Alenya said, trying her hardest not to giggle. "Are you alright?" She turned to Eron. "Geez, you silly bird. You're supposed to tell me before things like that happen!"
Sorry, Eron said sheepishly again, nudging the boy in the water.

Megilan(he's a cat) shot around the corner after napeir, just to meet face to face with the big bird.Megilan ran over on top of napeir.

"He's a he...and a very gentle he at that," she said these last words to the cat. Eron, as if to prove himself, grabbed the boy around the middle and set him upright in the grass. With one almighty exhale, Eron dried the boy and sat back down in the grass. "Good boy," Alenya said, rubbing the bird's side. "I'm Alenya, by the way. You are?"
