Shadow fell out of the tree, just nearly avoiding the blast. "gah... fine then... I wont say anything... not even a few ability enhanceing spells... "He said this in a normal voice, but it still carried. sending a glare verdan's way, he sat on the ground. changing his glare to a blank stare, waiting for them to get back into action.

Verdan suppressed a laugh as Shadow offered an ability enhancing spell. "I think I'm handling this quite fine without any help, whoever you are." Verdan calls out to the stranger, still staring at Shinji. No distractions were going to let Shinji get the upper hand. This was probably some evil plot of his to distract Verdan long enough to get a cheap shot. Dishonorable piece of... ... ...never mind.

Verdan tries to suppress a grin. Then a snicker makes its way out of his mouth. Then a small laugh. Pretty soon, Verdan was close to rolling on the ground from laughter. "U- ahahah!! -ugly- teehehe! -one- hoohaha!" Verdan bends double from the laughter. Somehow regaining his composure before Shinji takes a stab at his turned back, Verdan straightens up once more. "Alrighty then..." he snickers, " 'O ugly one...' Man, that was insulting. I'm close to tears... from laughter." Verdan suppresses another urge to burst out laughing in Shinji's face. "Let us finish..."

The wave of energy which Shinji either did not notice or was too stupid to react to blasts him right in the face, sending him flying back several yards. "I think I already went." he says snickering at Shinji as he watches the warrior's trajectory through the air and to the ground with only his eyes. "Methinks you can go now." Verdan says with a kind smile, which merely showed on his face. His eyes were still cold and heartless as they were at the start of the fight.

"For the current moment, yes, it is all that I've got. Big boy." Verdan adds, snickering. "So, Mister Giant. Let's see what terrifying new piece of trash you have to lob at me. Come on, I'm wide open. Waddya got? Chicken bones? Old socks? Apple cores? More string? Or do you have another fancy butter knife?" Verdan says, grinning, simultaneously drawing a complex symbol in the air. Suddenly, his face takes on an expression of fear as his gaze travels somewhere beyond Shinji. What could that thing be?!

Verdan's face abruptly relaxes as he shrugs indifferently. A distinct whoosh of amazing force coming down upon Shinji could be heard as a stone the size of an orange flies towards Shinji's back at breakneck speed. An evil grin stretches across Verdan's face. "Fine... don't believe me. Your loss..." It was now too late for Shinji to dodge the rock, after that moment of hesitation. He would have to take the hit.

Shinji smiled "fool" Shinji just barley moved his sword over to where the rock was and it hit the hilt of his sword "I had my sword in front of me but if your to stupid to figure it out I saw the reflection on the blade"

((There was no way you could have noticed the stone and reacted quickly enough. The stone was moving way too fast as I said in my post. Even if you did notice its reflection on your blade, nobody human could react that quickly. And, seeing as there is a specific rule stating that all races are the same, you don't have superhuman powers. In addition, how can you 'barley' move the sword over? Your blade was in front of you, the stone was zooming in from behind. There is no way you could move your blade behind you, let alone move yourself over.
Plus, if the rock did indeed hit the hilt of your sword, the velocity and force with which it was traveling would have knocked the blade out of your hands.
Having said that, you might want to reconsider your post.))

(I have 3 swords and I just saw your rock with that sword but with others still in their sheiths I just had to barly move the sword to where the rock hit the hilt I didnt move the sword in my hands)
