Fæ looked at Sparky. While she didn't trust him, she wasn't about to get into a useless fight. She would just have to keep her guard up. She didn't want to be put back there. She walked away from Sparky, and pulled a leaf from a nearby tree. She didn't want to be caught without a weapon, not around someone who she had already known to try trickory to defeat opponents. She didn't even believe a word he had said, but she was going to test him. And she didn't want to be anywhere near him. She sat down quite a ways away from Sparky, yet just within shouting distance. "I wouldn't come any closer, If I were you! I don't trust a word you say!" She shouted back to him, warning him of her intention to do him harm, should he come closer.

(ooc: Of course I'm not ignoring you! xD My character, however, is.)
Humming to himself, he ignored what she said, instead watching her as she walked away, pulled a leaf off a tree, and sat down. The tune he hummed was the same thing, over and over, a kind of 'doo doo doo do doo' or something like that. Maybe even a 'dee doo doo da dee'. "Man, I'm hungry.." He said softly to himself, searching his pockets for any food once again. Nope.. no food. Poor Sparky. He sighed, as he looked over at Færys, and shouted "Excuse me, Miss Fæ... Do you have any food?" Yay for mood swings!
(ooc: Sorry about the shortness and the large mixture of ooc stuff in the post.. I'm still recuperating. ><)

Fæ was caught completely of gaurd by his response to her actions. She was unable to comprehend how his mood had changed so much. She stared blankly at him for a moment, until she realized that she had been asked a quesion. Food? Who in their right mind would expect a prisoner who had just escaped to have food? Especially one who rarely had food in the first place. She wondered what he was thinking. Sure, she had food, but not with her, nor was it anything he would eat. Most of it consisted of bread covered in mold, and dusty, dirty sandwiches. She had nothing worth more than that, except for her tent and cracked pottery and broken silverware. The only other thing she still had was a ruined magic flute, given her by her mother. It was a family heirloom, but is was in two pieces, now, so it did her no good.
"No," she replied cautiosly, "Sorry, I don't have food. I just escaped from that prison! Would you expect me to have some?" "Ah!" she cried suddenly, as luck seemed to be with her, "I don't know about good for you, but that plant over there won't make you sick if you eat the berries." She pointed to a small row of bushes that contained dark colored berries. She remembered those. They actually tasted quite good. She even went over to the bushes, and plucked a few berries, herself, not wanting to waste any time that luck was friendly to her. She had almost gone so far as to forget her grudge against Sparky, but she remembered quickly, and pulled away from the bush with a handful of berries.
"Thank God! Food!" She shouted, before proceeding to forget all manners and devour the berries, almost like a savage. Or a starving man. The later was probably the more accurate of the two, as she rarely had food, especially food this good.

Sparky blinked a couple times, and went up to the bush that had been indicated. Completely trusting Færys, he picked a small berry and put it in his mouth, chewing slowly. After he had chewed on it for quite a while, he grabbed another piece and ate it just as slow. This eating style was probably from constantly eating old, dry, hard jerky all the time, and rarely anything soft and squishy. After he had eaten five, he turned, smiled and said "Thank you." and continued eating.
[ooc: I know it's too little too late, but.. meh.]

Fæ slowly edged toward the other side of the bush, still not trusting Sparky, but hungry enough to chance at least going near the other side of the bush to collect berries. Lucky for her, however, the berries were plentiful on that side as well. She had relied on the berries of this plant for weeks at a time, having nothing but those berries. She knew well enough how to get along in the wild. More often than not, however, she found it easier, as anyone who had no money would. As she thought of having no money, she got an idea. She would travel back to Aesir, as soon as she lost Sparky, and find her belongings, as well as getting a job. That she was sure she could do. She didn't have any idea of the nature of her powers, either, and so wanted to learn that, as well. All in all, it seemed as though Aesir would be her next destination. However, she had to lose this Sparky first, and that could take a bit...

[gah, I'm so sorry..]
"Soo...." Sparky started, pausing in his feast of berries. "What brought you to those castle Dungeons, Fæ?" He asked, popping another one into his mouth when he finished. He didn't know what had made him think to ask that, but he decided not to get too analytical about his random outburst. The question wasn't even a good one. She had obviously done something that had angered the Queen. Maybe even the church! However, Sparky didn't really care about the church. He was only loyal to the royal family of Avaren, after all, not some fancy religion that cost money to get your soul saved. He didn't know what was going on back up at the castle, and was unaware the his precious king-y was exileded and that hte queen was.. well, being queeny. Poor Sparky. Poor Sparky indeed. <3
