riku layed down on the shiny green grass. the lake was crystal clear from what his eyes could see.He was the only person there, it was deserted. the winds breeze was soft and soothing as it brushed across the hairs on his arms. "now this,is what i call peace" his voice was soft and calm as he muttered this under his breath. slowly pulling his cloak off, he heard a noise coming from behind him. His face turned slowly so he didn't scare the figure. "hello?..anyone there?" he asked the forest in a slight worried voice.

Tyanno was meeting Alezand on a rather splendid day. The place decided was the lake, fro neither had been there in awhile and Alezand suggested it for it's seclusion from all the rest of the growing plots engulfing the land. He wasn't really practicing stealth at the very moment for in the fear that was gripping the kingdoms in an icy grasp kept most of the townsfolk inside the walls of Avaren. He wasn't expecting anyone to be there, so one could imagine his surprise when he happened upon the new face looking back at him as Tyanno cleared the woods. "Hello stranger, you are a new face. Come to enjoy the most beautiful part of the kingdom. One should be careful these days, between Vidar's troops and the growing outlandish evils, it's not safe to travel alone and unarmed..." Tyanno commented at the dark haired man.

he looked at the man behind him, he listened to him speak and decided it was best to replied to him. "why live if you let fear control all of your choices?" he asked with a soft tone of voice. "and it really is beautiful here, i must agree" he felt strangely easy with the man,listening to his words carefully before he answered with the first thing that entered his head.
to be polite, he stood up and raised his hand in greeting.

[Tyanno Dynam, Allaine mage]

Tyanno took the hand and gave him a hearty shake. "There's a difference between fear and caution. One who travels the world without an air of care, finds the world a painful and short lived place. I am a freedom fighter here, it's my business to protect people. I am supposed to meet my leader here. What brings you to Avaren? I hope you haven't met much trouble. Things have gotten hairy here." Tyanno turned to the lake and sat down upon the lush grass. "My name is Tyanno Dynam. I have resided here for some time now. But you are new. Where are you from my friend?" Tyanno asked genuinely.

He glanced over his shoulder, to see if Alezand was making his way here yet. It wasn't like him to be late, but then again, Alezand was a busy man now and he still had time to get here still. Tyanno picked up a flat stone and stood up and whipped it across the glassy surface. The piece of rounded sandstone flew across the water for several yards before disappearing entirely beneath the calm that was the lake. The ripples spread in memory of the contact that the stone had with the crystalline body...

Riku watched Tyanno throw a small rock out at the peaceful lake before them.He watched the rock sink under the surface peacefully as the ripples faded away as if they were never there.

I've lived away from mankind for a long time, i believe its time showed my face again."He replied truthfully as he watched Tyanno's movements. "Why do you fight? i mean, what are you fighting for?" he asked curiously. "revenge? justice? or for fun?" He believe that when he got the answer he would know Tyanno for who he was from the inside then what he gave off in his appearance.

[Alezand Jozlyn, Allaine knight]

Alezand was making his way steadily to the lake, but before he reached the clearing of the woods that bordered the body, he picked up on the voices of two men conversing. One he immediately assigned as Tyanno, his voice so familiar as the morning sun. But the other was one he could not place. He finally stepped into the sunlight from under the dappled cover of the younger trees that stood on the fringe of the forest. "Hello my old friend, who is your new acquaintance?" Alezand inquired genuinely. He had no fear of the newcomer, for Tyanno would've already discerned any malice in the man's intent. And Alezand could tell almost instantly that he was a fair young man, not a ill willed bone in him by the impression of him. Alezand was very good at first impressions. They often were the greatest tool in survival in a hostile world.

"Greetings, I am Alezand Jozlyn, leader of the Militia here. I am here to discuss some matters of concern with my accomplice, which I have seen you have already met." the soldier extended his hand in offering. This was a beautiful day, he should not have been surprised to find people here, despite of the troubles of late. "I am well traveled in both kingdoms and the far lands surrounding. You are a new visitor here, aren't you?" Alezand had to remark at the irony of the outlawing of mages particularly coinciding with a sudden influx of new traveling magi. His work was cut out for him, that was for sure...

[Adiana Kieron Astraea]

The young woman continued to frequent the areas where Tyanno often was, as she often followed him places to begin with. After all, he was her only friend and she didn't really know what else to do with herself. Today found him in a tree, and her walking through the forest that surrounded the tree. She sighed heavily and flopped down in the middle of the forest near a small brook that had been frozen over. She looked at the shallow river and frowned. "It must be beautiful in the spring," she said to herself softly.

Oh aye, it is... came a voice from almost no where. Adiana jumped in surprise and looked around. There wasn't a single thing around save for a small sparrow. She cocked her head at the bird and blinked.

Did that bird just talk to me? she shook her head and sighed. The only one she had been able to make mental connections with had been Serenity. She had never had such a thing with other animals. If she did, she usually thought it was just her imagination. She glanced at the bird again as it continued looking at her inquisitively. "Did you speak to me?"

Aye...

She jumped again and gasped. Then she stretched her hand out to the bird and it hopped onto her finger. She looked at it and then smiled. "Why aren't you with your flock or something?" she asked it. The sparrow then cocked its head and blinked at her. It didn't understand her anymore. She sighed in frustration and sadness and said, "I'm sorry... My magic seems to have tricked me again..." The sparrow took off and she was left alone sitting by the frozen brook, wishing more then ever that she could learn how to control her magic, especially if she could then communicate with animals. I guess... I'll first go for Earth element... It seems promising, though so does fire... she thought. Adiana would have a hard time trying to figure out what she wanted her first element to be. But I have quite a bit of time... she thought once more before sighing and closing her eyes to meditate.
