The View

[Shadow]

He shook his head. "and thats why I became a theif..." He sighed. "seems we all have had our fare share of bad experiances..."

[Paine Edelias]

She sat there still with her head down " Well how bad would you feel if you had to watch your family die" she says to him looking at him with tearys eyes trying to keep herself strongly up with a straight face.

[Shadow]

Shadow sighed. "i did. But then I went and destroyed the group that killed them. " He shook his head. "These hands are responsible for a lot of blood spilling..." He looked at her. "I know almost exactly how it feels."

[Paine Edelias]

"All this feeling is doing is really hurting me its like it is destroying my mind of thoughts" she syas to him " I can't think of anything happy unless a certain person decides to make my life a happy one" sheysa sto him. " And i don't know who that would be so mostly i got all this angry thoughts in my mind" she says to him " And all i want to do is kill the person responsible for this" she says to him

[Shadow]

He nodded. "It is understandable that you want revenge. And there isnt a problem about revenge, unless you go about doing it the wrong way. like I did." He shook his head. "but, if you live with the feelings, you will be eaten away from the inside." He shrugged. "So baisicly, the idea is to get these feelings out, any way you can, preferrably in a peaceful way." "He stretched a bit. "like sparring." He laughed. "That dosent help, but it keeps you ready for when the day comes that you will meet your adversary."

[Paine Edelias]

Paine thought to herself a bit to think of everything. She sat there quietly just not even thinking about it. She closed her eyes for a minute jsut to relax herself. She tried not to think of it all she wanted was a peaceful mind and that when she thought of it again it would be when she went face to face with that person" she sya to him. She sat there thinkingly and her eyes still close. " All i need to really do is relax and not think about it" she say to him.

[Shadow]

He laughed. "whatever works." He looked around a bit., as the sun was starting to set. "What a beautifuk spot to watch a sunset... untill the nocturnal animals begin to prowl..." He looked at the sky, which was beginning to turn pink ang orange.

[Paine Edelias]

" Yeah but it really does look nice " she says to him sitting on the rock moving over " Wanna sit" Paine asks nicely. After asking if he wanted to sit she then had looked up at the sky it was beautiful she loved the way it looked it was her favorite time of the day when she could watch the sun set and everything.

[Shadow]

Shadow smiled. "Sure." He sat down next to her and looked out at the sunset. "the lake may be a good place to view the stars, but this is the place for sunsets." he looked around a bit. he reached into one of his coat pockets, and pulled out a bag. "hey, I almost forgot i still had these." he reached into it and pulled out a Vibrantly red, palm- sized jewel. "Some petty theif tried to rob me, but the tables turned, and i ended up getting an excellent bit of luck. the whole pouch is filled with different Jewels, all the same size."

[Paine Edelias]

" That Nice" she says to him " I never met a pretty good theif as good as you" she says ot him looking up at the stars taking a deep breathe. She sat there she was kinda happy now. Paine didn't know were she got this happyness from from it was very unusual for her to be happy. " This place is a good spot but swimming in the lake is also nice as well while watching the sunset" she says to him with a smile.

[Shadow]

He smiled "Am i?" he looked out at the sunset, which was almost complete. "yes... the lake is a nice spot too." He sighed. "As all things do, even the day must end." He layed back and put his arms behind his head. Closing his eyes, he listened to the sounds of twilight. from behind them, there was a soft rustle in the grass.

[Paine Edelias]

Paine sat there. "Yes, you are" she sya to him with a smile. Paine had noticed that he had sighed. As Paine sat there she noticed that shadow layed back on the rock. She heard the Ruffle in the grass behind them and looked at him she was really happy for somereason. She sat there on the rock. She then looked back out at the distance.

[Shadow]

"he heard the rustle again. "just a rabbit." nonetheless, he sat up. cocking his head to the side, he smiled at her. "Do you need something?" he shook his head and laughed. 'I hope you arent hungry, Because i dont know how to cook rabbit."

[Paine Edelias]

" Don't worry im not hungry at all" she say to him " I ate before i came here" she syas to him with a smile on her face watching the rabbit hop its way through the grass. She kept looking at him she just didn't know why she turned her head to looked forwards in the distance.

[Shadow]

"you seem ...distracted" Shadow looked at her. and then followed her gaze, out into the distance. there was a peaceful silence, broken by only the rabbit and the wind. he layed back on the rock. "Do you come here often?"
