[Tyanno Dynam, Allaine mage]

Alezand could be bastardly great friend at times. Tyanno's life, since he came to avaren some time ago in search of Alezand, had been controlled on the outside. He became Alezands acting apprentice, sidekick and backup. So doing so, he had fallen under Alezands combat teachings for most of his spare time. When he wasn't training, they were hunting down various evils that all seemed loosely connected in some way. Searching the Citadel, cleaning up the alleys, and so on. Then the Battle came, and they fought and survived for several months, staring down the very face of darkness. But this led to the fact tah Tyanno had very little time to go to Aesir, or evn find something that would teach him to infuse his elemental essence into effect casting arrows for his bow.
Tyanno had become very proficient with his bow and he was proud of it. But he was a mage, and just using brute weapons wiht no other effect in combat or defense really wasn't right. He was a "warrior mage", his skills more honed to fight that for any other practical purpose. But his weapons needed an edge over the mundane. And so he decided to become a elemental archer mage. His ammunition would possess different effects by which arrow he used, by that different arrows had different spells contained with them. And he wanted also to have a connection, an invisable conduit between a fire shaft and his base powers contained in himself. That meant that if a arrow was strategically stuck somewhere, and it's original affect didn't do the trick, his power that he casted from himself could be directed exactly through that arrow.
So this is where Alezand was a brutally loyal friend. Apparently while Tyanno was on his way into the kingdom, Alezand stole away to Aesir, and after much diliberation witha particular spellman there, obtained a bound instruction on enchanting objects.
So here he sat, alone, a fire lit in the fireplace, and a table drawn up to the couch, tyanno began his dive into the secrets of charming, enchantment, and tranfiguration. Hi arrows were splayed from their quiver, in a fan like formation on the table in front of him and the heavy volume. The hours rolled on, his eyes never leaving the pages. It was going to be a long time before he would be able to make one successfull arrow, let alone a quiver full or a bushel full. And he only could control ice and water right now, but he had to start somewhere, and the sooner the better...

Alezand crept down the stairs silently, watching his friend intently. He had noticed the flicking fire light while heading to the latrine. He smiled as he saw Tyanno, who's back was toward him, bent over the table in tight concentration. Alezand was very proud of Tyanno for all he had done thus far. He knew that life these past few months were very tough on the man, but he persisted, and that was what Alezadn needed. And what he loved about him the most. He was his brother in every sense short of blood. Alezand slinked off into the kitchen. He still remembered where the floor creeked and carefully avoided those points. He fire up the wood stove used for cooking in the kitchen and quietly brewed some tea, constantly checking to see if Tyanno had noticed him, but he hadn't. After about ten minutes, Alezand stepped quietly into the living room, gradually allowing himself to be heard so as to not startle his friend. "here you go..." he said as he set down the cupp beside Tyanno and placed a hand over his shoulder. He glanced at the pages briefly, skimming the text and illustrations of steps. "hows it going?"...

Tyanno gratefuly smiled and took the cup from his friend's hand. "Not sure, but we'll know soon enough, I'm sure. It's gonna take a long time. and I may have to break away from your lessons on melee combat, but this is gonna have to take my attention if I am to be your second in command and representative of the Allaine to the Magi of this land. Besides, that'll give you more time to spend with Adrienne." He wasn't being cheeky about the last bit. He knew Alezand's past to even touch that piece of his soul in jest. He was eager to meet this Adrienne. He had already met Rith briefly before the battle broke out. But Adrienne was a new charge in their growing band of allies and hopefuls. Alezadn had spoken highly of her, but at this time, he made their meeting together private, which Tyanno could understand if he was interpreting the signs that Alezand was showing. After all, this was a dark time, and a little light in two good people's hearts was once more stronghold against the evil. He sipped his tea and pulled up a chair and gestured for his partner to sit. "So where do we go from here?" He asked earnestly. The time were uncertain and they were still very small and lines were divided...

Alezand took his seat and patted his friend on the shoulder. "Yes, things are seeming to get very hard. Something isn't right, here in Avaren. But we must have faith. So long as we persist in our duty, we shall perservere. Nature has its own way of balancing insurrgencey of either light or dark. Order shall be brought again. so long as we follow our code and destiny." He said, gazing into the inquiring eyes of his partner. Yes, things were seeming more and more uncertain each passing day. But the teachings in which they followed from their lost tribe was to follow one's heart and code, and destiny will do the rest. Faith and honor were the core values in the Order. "you concentrate on your instruction now. I have complete faith in you. You are a good man with a good heart, and you follow the teachings to the core. No matter what, we must keep on doing what we know is right and eventually, we will find a way." He got up and stoked the fire some to keep the place warm on the cool night surruonding the land. Turning on his heel, Alezand looked back at Tyanno, who seemed to be thinking about what he had just said. "I want you to do as I have instructed you. You need to work on your own for awhile. I cannot help you in this test ahead. Not just yet. You need to see you own potential within yourself. I will be near, do not worry, and when you have found what you are looking for, and you will know it, we shall be side by side again." he smiled one last time before heading back up the stairs and off to bed...
