Appearance: Kane is rather tall standing at about 6' tall. He has a muscular build due to his years of training and service in wars. Kane has dark curly hair that falls to his chin. He has gently dark brown eyes and a kind smile. He is usually dressed in simple clothing, prefering to stay far away from the latest fashions of the nobles, unless he is heading into a war at which point he wears his necessary armor.
Personality: Kane is a kind person who is always willing to help others. Due to his past he's always there to lend a helping hand because he never recieved it much. He is very intelligent for some one who hasn't had much of an education and is always willing to speak his mind even if the consequences are bad. If ever in a fight though he will prove to be a fierce person, knowing that it is a very dangerous ordeal.

History: Kane was born to Liena and Raglan Night in the middle of July. He was the first of their two children and destined to be great from what they were told. They were regular well known people among the village they lived in. His father, Raglan, was an advisor to many nobles and high ranked officials. Liena, his mother, was a seamstress in the town and sold the clothes she made for an acceptable price so the other wives didn't have to do it all.
It wasn't long after his fifth birthday that Elizabeth was born. Kane was thrilled to learn that he had a sibling to play with and loved Elizabeth with all his heart, making a promise to himself and his parents to watch after her. However, things changed for him and his sister rather quickly when the war came about. His father was sent away to do battle and they were informed within months that he had been killed upon the battle field. Their mother died of grief after this news and the two children were left to raise themselves.
They moved in with a neighboring family and were instantly put to work. Elizabeth was put out to help work on sewing and Kane was sent to write for the officers since he father had taught him how to read and write. One night when Kane come back the two adults who had taken them in for almost four years informed him that his sister had been taken when a group of men destroyed the fields and burned several of the houses. This upset him greatly and he left their house, traveling for miles until coming across another town.
It was here that he came upon a band of gypsies and was welcomed into their group. These people raised him as their own and he was taught in their ways and customs, quickly blending into the group as if he had been born there. Kane stayed with these people for several years before the guards of the town noticed him. One took a liking to him instantly, seeing his potential with all the speed and wit he possessed. This man’s name was Kasson Denman, the general of the troupe. It was him that turned Kane into the person he is today, the warrior with the strong heart and mind as well as body. It was also this man that had him sent to Avaren, which is why he is currently in the town.
