[shadow=red,left,1,200]Intro[/shadow]
The war has begun. For centuries, vampires and werewolves have withdrawn from the world and allowed themselves to fade into legend.
The vampires ruled over the humans for years before they thought of resisting and fighting back. When the humans began to train and hire monster hunters and mercenaries, the vampire population began to decline. Only when they were on the brink of extinction, did they withdraw.
The werewolves ruled large territories in the early centuries as well. They controlled these territories until they became to be controlled by the vampires. Oppressed for centuries and killed off by humans and vampires, their numbers fell. After the vampires disappeared, they were free, but forced to withdraw and go into hiding as well.
Both the vampires and werewolves have hidden among the humans as they slowly came back into the world. They have evolved and can pass quite easily as humans. Both were aware of the each others' presence.
The humans, on the other hand, remained oblivious until the war began. The vampires made the first strike and the werewolves followed suit, to avoid being defeated in the first battles of what was to become a long war. Now, aware of the monster threat, the humans have finally assembled a military to combat them, but they are behind in this war.
On top of all this, a mysterious company called Silver Dagger has emerged. The company and its head are an enigma and their loyalty is unknown. They appear to have none because they are the major suppliers of weapons and sell to all sides. They sold a variety of products before the war and are thought to have sold to all sides even then. It has even been suggested, secretly, that they began the war by pitting the vampires, werewolves, and humans against each other. What is their real goal?
Choose to follow the cold and heartless path of the Vampire.
Or travel a different path, the moonlit path of the Werewolf.
Or perhaps you will not choose either, and opt instead to side with a dying race, the humans.
You decide. This is your story.
A three sided war... One site...
(More detailed race information below.)
The Silver Dagger Corporation
Very little is known about the Silver Dagger Corporation. The organization is a mysterious group that appeared almost immediately after the war between the three species began. It has been suggested that they were manipulating all three behind the scenes because of reasons unknown. Silver Dagger may have been the ones that instigated the war, but none of the three will speak to each other to discover any similarities between their dealings with the company.
Before the war began, Silver Dagger sold a variety of products. It produced electricity for those in the area, provided health care, provided food from their large farms and ranches, developed new technology, and a dozen other things. Since the war, they still have all of their previous products, but now focus on research and weapons production. Silver Dagger in indiscriminately selling goods to all sides involved in the conflict. It is unknown where their true loyalties lie, or if they even have any.
Silver Dagger was mainly a human run organization, but recently, they have been allowing a select few from each other species into their company. These individuals go through an intense background check and interview process before they are even allowed on company grounds.
They have their own personal group of elite soldiers that they use to eliminate any who oppose them. They are known for decimating entire cities and towns, then suddenly returning to rebuild them. Once rebuilt, these cities remain under their control. Perhaps this will someday turn into a four sided conflict, or maybe it always has been.
Silver Dagger’s president is an enigma, as are the rest of the higher ups in the company. Because of their lack of loyalty, it has been rumored that they are not really human, but a species separate from all three.
Could this be true?
What could they be after?
No one knows.
The Human Military
Throughout history there have been examples of human resistance against the growing vampire and werewolf threat. In the earlier centuries, humans feared vampires and never retaliated against them. Werewolves were feared, but generally slain when mistaken for regular wolves or other beasts. When werewolves came under the vampires’ control, slaying a werewolf was a great crime and punishment from the vampires was feared. It was not until the vampires’ control over the werewolves started to weaken that the humans began to retaliate in large numbers.
Rebels: These humans would fight back and rebel against their monster oppressors. They generally did not fear death or punishment from vampires or werewolves. In most circumstances, these humans had lost loved ones or everything that mattered to them and therefore had nothing left to lose. They were out for revenge. Most attacks instigated by rebels were not very well planned and consisted of attacking their enemies with anything they could find.
Vampire Slayers: These humans usually lived in regions severely oppressed by vampires and with a low werewolf population. They developed efficient methods to killing vampires and protecting themselves from the batlike creatures. A good vampire slayer never left their house without carrying at least a dozen stakes, a crucifix of some kind, bottles of holy water, and other items that vampires dislike. The vampire slayers spent years training to improve their skill and strength. They even had schools where they trained others how to fight the vampires.
Monster Hunters: These humans were not specialized in the type of monster they fought. They were trained in methods of killing all the more common monsters and given general training that would help against any threat. If they encountered a new type of monster, they had to rely on themselves to figure out how to defeat it. The most famous monster hunter was Van Helsing. He was the one responsible for defeating Dracula and the werewolf threat in Romania. But Dracula has always been known to reappear and it is rumored that he may be back. His current whereabouts are unknown…
Others: These humans may or may not have fought vampires, werewolves, and monsters. Many were ordinary citizens who were not aware of the threat, or were too scared to act. More still, became food for the monsters. Any other circumstances of humans fighting monsters that do not go under the above categories would be here as well.
It was not until recently that humans became re-aware of the growing vampire and werewolf threat. The monsters had faded into legend and any human that ran around screaming about monsters was considered mentally unstable. No one could fathom that monsters might actually exist. Therefore, humans were a little late coming into and preparing for the war. It was not until the vampire and werewolves had assembled their armies and attacked that the humans realized the danger. The Revolution is a group of elite soldiers that are determined to ensure the survival of the human race.
Revolution is drawing humans of all sorts to aid in their cause. The humans only want to survive. They cannot allow any vampires or werewolves to get in their way.
Here’s where you come in…
Are you one of them? With them? Or against them?
It’s your choice.
The Werewolf Tribes
The Werewolf Tribes date back for thousands of years. It appears that they have existed alongside humans for so long, that no one remembers when they first came into existence. They were there during every war and hardship humans had to endure and they took advantage of it. Any territory claimed would be assumed to be inhabited by wild beasts and, as a result, unlivable. But werewolves are not just one specific species. They are as varied as the different races and cultures of the humans in the world. Each kind of werewolf has different weaknesses and strengths, as well as different cultural customs.
Werewolves of True descent: These werewolves no longer exist. They were eradicated after the vampires took control of their territories and humans began to grow in strength and numbers. The werewolves faced attacks from human monster hunters and mercenaries and the vampire clans. In the end, the werewolves could not compensate for their losses after being attacked on both fronts. They were wiped out. The only way these werewolves can be killed is by a silver stake through the heart, if you can get close enough. A tactic they were famous for was biting their attacker as they were staked so that even though they died, their line continued through their victim and they got their revenge at the same time. These werewolves only transformed on a full moon, leaving large amounts of time where they were vulnerable. But even in their humanesque forms, they had increased speed, strength, and endurance.
Romanian Werewolves: These are the most common kind of werewolves and plague the world in large numbers. They originated in Transylvania and were dominated by the vampires, especially by Dracula, since the beginning of their existence. Dracula and his brides, along with his werewolf followers and slaves, are thought to have been killed by a vampire hunter named Van Helsing, one of the first examples of human resistance. But somehow, Dracula has always found a way to return. His current whereabouts are unknown… Romanian werewolves are cunning and secretive. They have a strong and deep hatred for vampires because of their long history of being enslaved by them. These werewolves can be a bit obsessed about their territory and will do anything to defend it. They do not stand for any resistance from the humans living on their controlled areas or any vampires that may trespass. These werewolves can be killed by a silver stake through the heart, a silver bullet, or having their heads chopped off. They transform only in the moonlight, but not necessarily only on a full moon.
North American Werewolves: North American werewolves are similar to their Romanian ancestors, but have evolved to fit their new environment. These werewolves blend in with human society much better than their Romanian counterparts. They are excellent manipulators and deceivers. They can transform whenever they like and even have in between forms. In this form, they can easily be confused with a vampire because of their fangs that they grow, which are really just their elongated canine teeth. They can be told apart from vampires by the claws they grow as well and their golden and feral eyes. They will generally catch their victim in an alley or secluded place to avoid suspicion. These werewolves can be killed by a silver stake through the heart or a silver nitrate bullet. The silver nitrate in the bullet will disperse throughout their bloodstream and go to their hearts; a regular silver bullet is painful but can be removed. Evolution has allowed them this adaptation.
Other Werewolves: Werewolves that have a mixture of traits from the other three, or none of the traits fall into this category. When werewolves dispersed all over the world, they slowly adapted to their environments. Some became more human, while others, such as those in the jungle, became more animalistic. This group is as diverse as they come.
For much of the early centuries, werewolves ruled their large territories and did not allow humans a chance to retaliate. But humans invented better technology and there was a mass monster extermination movement. The vampires also wanted the werewolves’ territory to add to their own. They did not like competing with the werewolves for food, the humans. When the death tolls became too high and they were on the verge of extinction, the werewolves withdrew and faded into legends. Humans eventually forgot that werewolves had ever existed and became comfortable with their place in the world. In the 21st century, werewolves blended in with humans and pretended to be part of their kind, avoiding attention and trying desperately to continue their lines. A few years ago, an organization of werewolf elites have risen up to reclaim the world, they called themselves Silvertail. They are incredibly dangerous and ruthless. Silvertail’s goal is to take back the world from the humans and vampires. They are out for revenge, having taken defeats from both vampires and humans for too long. If you are a human and don’t want to get killed, stay out of their way. They are violent and angry and do not care about the population. Werewolves can survive off of other prey besides humans.
Silvertail is drawing werewolves of all sorts to aid in their cause. The werewolves want one thing, domination. And will not allow any vampires or humans to get in their way.

They are as varied as the different races and cultures of the humans in the world. Each kind of vampire has different weaknesses and strengths, as well as different cultural customs.
Vampires of Mayan descent: These vampires no longer exist, but for one known survivor. They were eradicated after causing the downfall of the Mayans and Aztecs. They had begun their work long before the Spanish arrived, but were destroyed by the ancient priests. In the end, the vampires got their wish when the Spanish unknowingly completed their work of wiping out the ancient civilizations. The only way these vampires can be killed is by the thorns of a blood rose, which is like poison to them, turning their blood to ash. Or by lightning, sunlight, or fire. They are vulnerable to amulets of Chac, but crosses have no effect and stronger vampires can ignore the amulets.
Romanian Vampires: These are the most common kind of vampires and plague the world in large numbers. They originated in Transylvania and were created by Dracula and his brides. He and his brides are thought to have been killed by a vampire hunter named Van Helsing, one of the first examples of human resistance, but somehow, Dracula has always found a way to return. His current whereabouts are unknown… Romanian vampires are proud of their heritage and control large areas that they call their territory. They do not stand for any resistance from the humans living on their controlled areas. These vampires can be killed by a stake through the heart, direct sunlight, fire, or having their heads chopped off. They are vulnerable to crosses and holy water, but only bothered a bit by garlic.
North American Vampires: North American vampires are similar to their Romanian ancestors, but have evolved to fit their new environment. These vampires blend in with human society much better than their Romanian counterparts. They are excellent manipulators and deceivers. They can drink dead blood, which makes a concealed life easier. They will generally catch their victim in an alley or secluded place to avoid suspicion. These vampires can be killed by direct sunlight, or a stake or arrow through the heart. They have no vulnerabilities and can conceal their fangs, but have lost their ability to transform into a bat. Some of the stronger variety can still grow their wings, but they are rare.
Other Vampires: Vampires that have a mixture of traits from the other three, or none of the traits fall into this category. When vampires dispersed all over the world, they slowly adapted to their environments. Some became more human, while others, such as those in the jungle, became more animalistic. Each member has taken a vow that they will not turn humans, so the only possible outcome of running into one is death on your part. They are, however, careful to monitor the human population, as they know that vampires cannot survive without their prey.
Bloodlust is drawing vampires of all sorts to aid in their cause. The vampires want one thing, domination. And will not allow any werewolves or humans to get in their way.
