You can use your money to found your own small village, although it will require plenty of money, member cooperation and having passed the your test.
When you receive your own village, it will start out small, as can be expected. When you initially buy a villiage, you will recieve the title of "Mayor", in addition to any other titles, although you will keep your member group (mage/warrior).
If you already have a house, then the price is reduced by 3750 if you wish for your house to be relocated to the new town, although all threads made will remain in the original city.
When founding a town, you require a certain number of members to join your town in order to make certain there is actually a population on the site as a part of your village. In addition, people joining your town, or anyone else, may pitch in as much money as they wish in order to help to purchase the village, as the price ensures that doing so alone is a difficult task.
To indicate that you wish to found your own village, post a thread in the Suggestions board titled: "Village Request" along with the members who are giving you the numbers needed in order to do so. Also indicate how much gold you are contributing to the founding of your village and what you wish it to be called. People named must post in this thread, along with how much money they are also contributing. Once the required member count and proper amount of gold has been contributed, your village shall be created as it's own board in the Outer Territories, broken into three initial sub-boards.
Village Price- 13500G (9750 with house)
Founder Title- Mayor
Starting Boards- Founder's House, Village square, Slums
Required Additional Members- 5
Required Test- Yes
After you have purchased your village, you can upgrade it to Town and finally City once you have met their respective requirements, posting your request in the Suggestions board just as with founding your Village.
Town Upgrade Price- 16500G
Founder Title- Mayor
Starting Boards- Founder's Estate, Main Street, Cottages, one additional board of your choice (within reason)
Required Additional Members- 5 (10 total)
Required Test- Yes
City Upgrade Price- 24000G
Founder Title- Governor
Starting Boards- Founder's Mansion, City Forum, Houses, two additional boards of your choice
Required Additional Members- 5 (15 total)
Required Test- Yes
