Christine walked quietly down to the lake on an early foggy morning with a blanket wround her like a towel. She looked around and thank there were no soldiers or anyone near the lake. It was empty of people. She walked along the shoreline of the lake and touched the water . It was pretty cold but she didn't care. It was better than being dirty from living on the streets. After a while she slipped into the water, leaving her towel and her goat at the bank.

Christine almost screamed as something shot out of the water. "Holy God!" she thought as she moved deeper into the water

CHristine got up. "Maybe I should leave" she turned to head up to the bank to leave.
