arya looked after him and diecided to leave him... she tryed to ignore the sinking feeling in her stomache. Eragon continued walking until he put a fair distance between themselves. Without any warning, his wound seared with pain and Spahira drew him from his body. After a moment, the pain was gone, but he could see himself looking blank through Saphira's eyes.
Thanks, Saphira. Eragon said sheepishly.
No problem.
Eragon still felt a dull throb from his own body. he watched the sun sink slowly until the pain ebbed away. Then Saphira returned him to his body and he sat down by the bank, his legs numb.

Arya look over and saw eragon fall, something was wrong, she got up "one sec" she said to shadow, and she ran over to Eragon by that time he was on tghe bank, "you ok?"

strife saw and did not move over as arya will be much of a use than him if anything happens...

For awhile, Eragon did not answer, just a blank lookon his face, then he suddenly sat up. "No...Arya, I am alright." he said, embarassed.

Eragon felt another conciousness touch him. It was strangely familiar. "Cloud." Eragon whispered and threw up barriers around his mind and shoved cloud out roughly.

strife grinned as he got shut out. he gave up after failing again...he smiled and look at eragon through normal eyes and waited for his response...

Shadow pulled himself out of the water and layed down on the shore, hands behind his head. Humming a tune to himself, he closed his eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep.
Suddenly, the sound of a gong rang clearly and boldly. Shadow jumped up, his dagger appearing in his hand. looking around, he heard it again, and realized that it was coming from one of the temples in the mountains. He sighed, but looked in the direction it was coming from with curiosity. "that gong... it has a very familiar noise...." He glowed for a second, and his eyes changed to dragon eyes. looking in the direction of teh source of the noise, he gasped. "t-thats coming from the summit of death mountain...."

arya stopped talking her eyes wide and stood up she looked around "trouble is around us trouble is stirring," she said freezeing, she loooked around and walked upto shadow cautiously. "this is bad" she said

strife stop leaning against the tree and walked over to arya and shadow,"hope it is not too bad...the situation..." as the gongs sounded,strife,arya and shadow looked in the same direction.

the sound had an effect on arya, it filled her with dread, and sat down not knowing wat to do maybe the sound done this to elfs she didnt know all she felt was dread, dread for something terrible worse then anyhting she didnt know

strife looked at the direction from where the sound came from and he fear for the worst...what had happened? strife saw arya sat down and he squatted,"are you ok?"

"I... Dont no, the sound, it makes me fell as if, i dont know the worst ive felt in years," she said " i dread what is comeing," she said leaning on her hands shakeing slightly
