A Nice Talk

[Shadow]

He shrugged. "Im game for just about anything." He layed back against the tree and put his hands behind his head. "it is very peaceful in this place. I could almost fall asleep."

[Ariadne]

"Well so am I" Ariadne told him. "As long as youre by my side." Ariadne said. She soon realized what she said and stood up and walked up to a rose bush and smelled the flowers. Hoping that he didnt hear her.

[Shadow]

Shadow smiled, but pretended not to hear her. opening his eyes, he stood up. looking up into the tree, he saw that the tree they were under was a fruit-bearing tree. Not knowing what they were, Shadow jumped up and grabbed one of the vibrantly orange friuts, pulling it down with him. tossing it a bit, he looked at it with interest. "hey ariande, do you know what these are?"

[Ariadne]

Ariadne let out a sigh of releif as Shadow asked her about the fruit Thanking the heavens for him not hearing her remark. She turned around and looked at his hand and then the tree. She started walking towards and looked at the fruit from the tree and smiled." Sure do! Its a Mango. Theyre ripe. Perfect for eating now." Ariadne said matter-of- factly.

[Shadow]

Shadow laughed. "cool. So i take it they arent poisonous?" he took out his knife and tossed it into the ari, cutting down another mango. Catching it i his free hand, he then tossed it to Ariadne, and caught his dagger. raising the mango to his mouth, he took a bite out of it. "Wow, pretty good." feeling streams of mango juice going down his chin, he pulled out a cloth and wiped his mouth.

[Ariadne]

"Of course theyre edible." Ariadne said with a smile. As she cought the mango that Shadow tossed her. She peeled the skin and took a bite off the mango. Her nose was now dirty with a little bit of mango. But Ariadne was clueless to this as she continued to eat her mango in silence.

[Shadow]

Shadow looked up at her and laughed. "you have something on your nose. he reached into his pocket and brought out another cloth. "Here." walking over, he handed it to her while taking another bite out of the mango he was holding.

[Ariadne]

Ariadne blushed. "Oh...ever since I was a little child I always been a messy eater." Ariadne explained. As she cleaned her nose with the cloth." Thanks". Ariadne muttered.

[Shadow]

Shadow laughed. "Thats nothing to be embarrased about. and no problem." He smiled." its a sign that you are enjoying the food and you want to save some for later." Laughing again, he took another bite of his mango.

[Ariadne]

"Yeah" Ariadne said. She was all done with her mango. She stood up and walked a couple of feet away from Shadow. She then bent down and dug a hole with her hands and placed the mango seed inside. She then dug it back up and started pouring water over the hole with her hands. She then sat down and placed her hands upon the hole. She was concentrating really hard and her hands started glowing. She was raising her hand as the new mango plant started to grow. She then opened her eyes and looked at the new tree. It would take some time for it to look like its father tree. But only time could do that. she said as she stood up and walked back to Shadows side.

[Shadow]

Shadow watched in suprise. "That was cool." he laughed. "i can almost turn my facial features dragonlike. wanna see?" he finished his mango, and pulling out one of his flasks, opened it. nothing came out, so shadow put the mango seed in, along with the rest of the core, and put some dirt into the flask. closing it, he put it away and closed his eyes.

[Ariadne]

Ariadne curiosly looked at Shadow as he put the mango seed into the empty flask and etc. She was going to aske him what was all that about but then remembered what he had said about the dragon."Sure let me see" Ariadne told him smiling. Ariadne saw how he closed his eyes and laughed how his nose turned to a dragons snout.

[Shadow]

When he re-opened his eyes, they were green, and his face had an almost scaly appearance. "What?" his voice was almost a low hiss, and his tounge was forked when it showed between his fangs. Looking down at his snout, he grinned. "yesss, I got the ssssnout down!" closing his eyes again, he returned to normal.

[Ariadne]

Ariadne laughed. "ewww..put your tongue back in your mouth not only do they look like a dragons they also look like a snakes...and I hate snakes" Ariadne told himher voice stern...."But you go the dragon face pretty well....Kudos for you." Ariadne said with a smile.

[Shadow]

He smiled confusedly as he opened his eyes. "kudos? im guessing they are a good thing, right?" back to normal, he sighed. "yeah, dragons have snakelike tounges. Ill try to keep it in my mouth though, espicially around you."
