Ariadne suddenly woke up as she heard the girl speak. As she rose she bumped her head into the girls."Oh my! Im so sorry!" Ariadne said over and over again as she rubbed her head. "Well my name is Ariadne" Ariadne said. Still feeling a bit of pain on her forehead.

Shadow just sat there, laughing. "no offense, but that was funny. and it feels good to laugh." he laughed a bit more and then stopped. "do your heads hurt?" he stood up and stretched. A large moth flew into his face and he fell back. "Woa-" there was a large splash and some spluttering.

Ariadne started to laugh...she laughed so hard she was grabbing her stomach and rolling around as Shadow fell in the lake"If you thought our bumping heads was funny, well your encounter with a moth was funnier."Ariadne manage to say in fits of laughter. "And yes ,Im fine" Ariadne said as she stood up to go give Shadow a hand to get him up.

He grabbed her hand. "thanks" he laughed. "it was funny, and even more so because it was a moth that flipped me off balance." He smiled as he stood up. "so, now we have all sadness out of us ,as it was destroyed, however momentarily by the laughter."

Shadow smiled. "Im glad i can provide a source of amusement." he sat back down beside her. he looked over to the other girl. "alenya, right?" He stood up and stretched a bit. " hey, no moths this time! just a-" he looked up. a look of concernspread across his face as he watched the dark shape flying across the sky. as it crossed the moon, It became briefly visible. "What is that..."

Ariadne stood up to try to see the creature more clearly."I have no Idea" Ariadne said."But I know a way we can see it more clearly" Ariadne replyed with a smirk on her face. Ariadne walked towards the lake as she walked the water was up to her hips and she stopped there. Her hands were glowing as she put her hands together to release an orb of light towards the moon. You can see the sphere of light going to the direction of the flying creature, but it just barely skimmed it which gave the three mages an appropriate view of the creature." It was....."

Shadow inhaled sharply. "A dragon? Thats amazing! they were supposed to have become extinct Over a millenia ago!" He shook his head. "That is truely amazing. I wish i could see one close up..." He sighed. "But they are extremely secretive, seeing as they have escaped detection for over a millenia."

Shadow looked at her. "well, before they supposedly went extinct, there were millions of them. we, the humans of the time, Hunted them in fear of what they could do, or so ive read."
he shook his head. "our ancestors hunted every one of the different races, killing all untill none remained when they did their searches."

He nodded. "I agree." he closed his eyes and crossed his arms. opening his eyes, he looked away and wiped his face with his cloak. Turning back, he suppressed a sigh. "that's the creature i want to be able to transform into. It would be so interesting..." he looked off into the distance, to where the dragon dissapeared to.
