Shadow looked around suspiciosly, getting the feeling he was being watched. turning back to the cat. he held out another fish. "Where is your owner? do you know?"

Shadow shrugged. "you never know." he layed back, and put his arms behind his head. Throwing the cat another minnow, he laughed. "He must be hungry, espicially with the way he is eating these."

"I guess" Ariadne said as she placed him on Shadows chest and stood up and strectched. She then did a few cart-wheels on the ground as if she were a little kid. But the last one didnt end up so smoothly as she landed on her behind with a Thump.

Shadow watched her. "impressive." on the last one he winced. "that looked like it hurt a bit." Picking up the cat and putting him on the ground beside him, Shadow stood up. "i used to be able to do a front flip... let me see if i still can...but first..." he jumped into the air, suprisingly jumping to his height. "Yep, still got springs in my legs." He laughed, jumping a few more times.

Ariadne stood sitting on the ground and stuck her tongue out at Shadow"Pfffttt..Show Off" Ariadne said trying to sound mad but then started laughing"That was fun she said as she stood up and wiped the dirt off herself."Come on lets go for a swim." She told Shadow

Shadow stopped jumping. "hold on, let me try to do this." Shadow closed his eyes and took a deep breath. re-opening his eyes, he jumped into the air and did a full front flip, straight into a dive into the water. surfacing, he called back. "now you can call me a show-off, but dont ask to see it again." he swam over to where ariadne was. "coming in?"

"Of course I am" Ariadne assured him as she stood up and walked into the water. She then dove into the cool water and rose to the surface a few feet away from Shadow.

he swam out to her. "the water seems to always be different when i come here. And im not talking temperature wise." he swam around ariadne a few times, dove, and surfaced behind her.

Ariadne saw him dove in the water and heard him in back of her. She turned around to come face to face to him. They were rather close. "What do you mean?" Ariadne asked him. Her voice rather shaky.

He shrugged. "it seems to have different effects on my body and emotions. Just the other day, I came into the lake and i was extreamely stressed, almost at my breaking point. The second i got into the water, I forgot my anger completely and the stress dissapeared. I think that there's something in this lake. something with magical powers beond comprehension."

He laughed. "Well, Right now I'm feeling quite relaxed and peaceful, but i felt like that before i got in the water. I guess the difference is a weird surge of energy going through my body." He laughed " i wouldnt be surprised if i started glowing."

Shadow watched her. thinking to himself, he shook his head. or, it could be something else... something swam past his ankles, and seeing that there was no-one under the water, he became suspicious. tying his net between his legs, from under his knees to his feet, he treaded water, waiting patiently for whatever it was to swim by again.in the meantime, he swam over closer to the shore, hoping that the dark shapes following him were only fish.
